This is one of the books that got me into my pagan studies. Borrowed numerous times from my local library as a teen. Sadly I don’t own a copy, but would like to for nostalgia.

“A modern look at the ancient tradition of witchcraft. It answers questions about what witches are, what they do, and why they were persecuted in the past.”

It’s published by Hodder & Stoughton, with 128 pages.
Two editions, Green cover is 1996 and other is 1999.
As far as I’m aware there’s no difference, but I’d prefer the Green as one I used.

Never seen a digital version, but second hand paperback can be found

Internet Archive seems to have the 1996 version:

Then the Archive That Shall Not Be Named has a copy as well, which looks like it's a PDF ripped from the Archive.org version as the pencil marks on the first couple pages are the same.

Sorry, I'm trying to just put the PDF version in the Book Shares section, and I'm not sure how to attach the file. I'll tag you once I figure it out.
