I want to be able to speed up and slow down my perception of time at a moment's notice. Slowing down will allow you to get more done in a shorter amount of time when it matters. Speeding up will allow you to get through boring moments without getting fatigued. The mind is AI and can just do that.
I am still going to say, 'meditate'
Start with simple breath meditation, focussing on the now/moment. Then slowly work on emptying mind.
This will enable you after a few months to take each moment as if it contained many more 'bits' of time since you are clearer, and moving faster.
And um, no...the mind is not 'AI' . .. Not only is it not Artificial, , 'AI' is not even real artificial intelligence, so saying that is an insult to mankind.
The human mind is a collection of patterns, energetic storage, data/memories, ego, subconscious, imagination, creativity, creation and also a receiver from a higher consciousness outside of the brain. Calling it AI is really something else.
