I have a tab open in my browser (among 30 open tabs) of my posts and others; one of which is Ancestral Veneration. The tab keeps spontaneously switching to that tab or opening that tab. I guess I erect two Family Altars?

There is way to find out if someone is hacking but I can't remember exactly how. It will show IP Addresses connected to your PC.

Type in to your windows search bar "CMD" then I believe you want to right click then run as administrator.

I'm going to try and find the rest of the steps.

Edit: Here you go

I'm not sure how helpful it will be, kind of overwhelming for me but since you do computer stuff it should be alright for you.

Its okay, I can do that, I just hate doing it. The netstat program with proper flags provided will give you a list of connected addresses.
Then you just delete their arp entry and it should drop them with a broken pipe error.

It just seems odd that particular tab opens on its own or switches to it on its own. Am I the only one here?

No you're not the only one that finds it strange, I do too.

I actually use console on occasion and terminal on macOS often due to scripting and programming needs.

I had an offering plate for them set out, then switched to Michaels seal and a Nativity scene. Apparently I pissed off my UK ancestry tree.

Don't worry about, just apologise and set everything back again.

I guess its time to rehone my weak tarot skill anyway. IChing might piss them off. Pendulum, talking board, maybe.
Or learn Geomancy, it is my month for that on the 200% effort project, replacing Vassago with geomancy.

Some ancestors died tragic lives. One of which went down with the Titanic as he was in the boiler room and couldn't get out.
Some others had crappy endings to their lives and might be somewhat unsettled to say the least.
My best guesses.
I might invite a shaman friend over and get her take on the matter.

Good idea, I would get that shaman friend to have a look at things.

Thyme.
Apparently is burnt to ease the souls that suffered a violent death so that might help them.
Copal.
Serves as a offering to the dead and can be used to appease the spirits who remain in states of trauma or confusion after death.
Lavender
Burnt as incense in order to bring peace of mind to the dead.

I'm sure there's a few other herbs that can be added to the mix.

Cool, thank you. Makes sense, if they're hot tempered, cool herbs are best to work with, or dual if some measure of control is required.
Copal wouldn't have thought of, though I used to have some. I can get it from a local conjure shop.
Lavender incense and Thyme I have.

There is this post that is the one my browser spontaneously switches to that tab:

Maybe someone is telling you to have a proper good look at it again...something missing perhaps?

That's what came to mind just a second ago.

Yep. Also, the ancestral altar was slanted to my Father side, no mention of my Mothers side. That might be a clue too. Plus a few from each side are getting up there in years. And my services may be needed. Not sure what services I can provide but so mote it be.

Heh .. Im missing just about everything. The territorial altar idea may be the reason.

I guess the Herb and Spice cabinet is now an ancestral altar. Of course its in my bedroom as Im renting the room. They might be telling me its time to get packing and move on.

It could also be the colors and the crest ... Scottish and Irish clans had very specific colors, motors and crests.
Also, as a former Mormon I could have access to the temple. Complete my family tree and do baptisms for the dead.

Can't you combine your Fathers side with your Mothers?

If anything all really need is a small bedside table (unless you're gonna put more stuff on it) they're pretty much affordable too and if needed you can make small shelves and screw them in the wall, design a tree aka family tree altar.

Ahh I see, I didn't see the rest of the messages, sorry.

Also the family tree thing might get annoying and frustrating to clean since you would need a ladder just to be able to reach the shelved Altars (Depending how big, of course) I need to look into ancestral worship? I don't know and perhaps build an altar one day.

It might also explain why Ive thought of my Moms grave recently as well, Ive not once visited her grave and left something at the least like a handful of flowers. So might be time I visit her grave often and keep placing flowers there.

It might be time to return there, try make it like once a month or less. I know I have to visit my relatives that have gone but I've been too busy to do anything. I was even planning my cemetery workings there.

Occurred again today. Fine, I guess I tae on carpentry as a hobby now. That and Feng shui with a family tree angle. I still love the idea of a tree shaped ancestral set of altars with each person or family represented.

Carpentry is a good way to earn money, start with small Coffee Tables/Altars/Bedside Tables. (If you want)

I'm glad you like the idea of the ancestral tree altar.

I was thinking about making wands but the pricing and the packaging might be annoying. I don't think I'll make a lot of profit from selling wands as its generally taught that making your own is preferred, much better connection.

But who knows, I've seen wands up for sell on Etsy so I think I'll give it a try.

Seems like the wands that I see go for 24.00 and decorated one's go for a little more. (especially with the crystals) There might be some profit in it.

What's your opinion on Baptisms for the Dead through the Latter Day Saints church? Im a Brother with the Church, even though I took a long leave of absence. Baptism for the Dead is for those who never had a chance to be baptized.

I think its a great idea, if some of dead wish to be baptised. At least there's a second chance for that to be fulfilled.

I'm a not too sure what the latter day saints is exactly, I'm gonna do some research now.

To be an Elder, you have to be in your late teens to early 30s. Past that, most are churchgoers or become Brothers or Sisters (older elders). The Bishop presides over the church. Baptism for the Dead can only be done at the actual Temple. The LDS is quite good in several aspects. They feed the hungry, look out for fellow members and seekers. Job services, computer lab, etc.

Oh ... and hidden ancestry tools.

I went an additional 200 years back with their help. Past what I and others had already done research on.

Perhaps I should try and find one near me but my religious views are mixed and spilt. I'm not on good terms with god (Most gods) but perhaps they need an extra hand with feeding people that are hungry so I would love to volunteer for that.

I haven't been to a church in years.
