I have a bindrune for protection on the door itself. Inside the hollow frame to the doorway, I placed a sigyl of a protecting deity. Finally (my wife being Chinese) we hang a bunch of 艾草, what the West calls wormwood.Hi all,
Can I ask if anyone focuses on their front door/entrance way on the outside with the intention of protection, wealth flowing etc?
If you do, how do you do it and with what tools?
Many thanks
Foo/Fu dogs?Chinese dog/dragon statues
Yes, Fu (also Foo or Fo). The ones that look like lions a good bit. (A lot of Chinese call them lions.) With these---as with all the other animal "protectors" referenced above---one would need to establish some rapport before installing a statue and saying, "Do your stuff!" Otherwise what you got is a big rock by your door and misplaced confidence.Foo/Fu dogs?
Rather than generic approaches it may be better to examine the energy field just outside your own front doorCan I ask if anyone focuses on their front door/entrance way on the outside with the intention of protection
One might also add, "Why should I cater to it?" Seriously, questions might exist as to who enjoys squatter's rights. Did I interfere with the field's picnic or did it crash my party?Rather than generic approaches it may be better to examine the energy field just outside your own front door
Why is it there?
What does it like or not like?
Quite so. Often it is the human that is the problemwho enjoys squatter's rights
Species-masochism is no more becoming than the currently trendy ethnomasochism. Spirits can be---and are---a**holes in their own unrighteous right.Quite so. Often it is the human that is the problem
I am willing to credit that. Any guesses why some folks there have hardship, others not. Across the street from me is an apartment complex built on a graveyard dating from the 1940's-1970's. Several thousand people live there with zero to significant ills. Maybe the bad shite dissipates when spread thin? Not far from me are areas with dark energy flows across the landscape. Humans that live on the flows do not do well.
Thank you, that very much makes sense.Rather than generic approaches it may be better to examine the energy field just outside your own front door

Yeah, most of the residents are modern-day materialists, still drunk off the Deng Xianping turnaround. I doubt these have much grief. Folks whose land was taken to build the complex were given free apartments (the graves were their families'.) I haven't heard from any in that demograhic. You may wish to consider what was on the land before humans built houses.

Several factors seem present:
- the grave spirits are residuals of low vibration. Some humans exist at higher frequencies and are not impacted by low vibes
- some residents are incarnationally related to those buried and therefore have multiplexed connections
- some residents have heavy karma and naturally attract adverse energies
- some grave spirits object to not having a physical body and find entry into humans with improper (unclean) habits e.g. drug/child abuse
- the gestalt of the building's inhabitants (including human) does not aspire properly to higher existence
Personally I am quite careful about where I live - but many have insufficient finance to choose
Yes I absolutely agree. I do live near a graveyard, I have found that there is more negative or detrimental energy when grave yards aren't surrounded in Iron Gates. The one near me is surround with wood. The iron was removed in the war period. You may wish to consider what was on the land before humans built houses.

That'd be an interesting study: why some influences linger. After all, doesn't the Rubiyat suggest that every clod of earth was once a beauty, hero, or poet? So there's probably cause to have every square inch of turf haunted, but only some of the influences---and not necessarily the worst or seeming strongest--- obtrude themselves. I lived in the woods for a spell in Alaska and there experienced, call it "haunting." In the evening, I'd hear what sounded wagon and foot traffic along what had been the gold-rushers' trail up Chilkoot Pass . Pretty mundane stuff, all in all. Maybe all these unfulfilled dreams of the gold seekers?Yes I absolutely agree. For those reasons, I have a grounding sheet and it has helped enormously.
Also this land I am on was the place of fierce Roman battles, I looked into it after waking up one night and seeing hundreds of legs marching past me.
I have dowsed outside my property and have detrimental lines towards the front Also an Electric Pole near by.
I hope that I've healed the outside significantly.
I'm very grateful to the people who have answered and the experiences & knowledge shared.
I would love to know if people protect their frontdoor/entryway or they use this space as a way to help money flow in easier. Or perhaps both.
Long ago travelling through France, my partner would not put her bare feet on the soil. She said there was too much blood in itevery square inch of turf haunted
