Hi I'm a hermetic newbie and joined to hopefully get some guidance from more expereinced practionars on which books/courses are worth following.
Yes, 7 according to the Kabalion, but many would reject the kabalion as hermetic nor would some suggest “the emerald tablets” as part of them, but rather his writings, not the tablets.Welcome to the Forum! Happy to have a new Hermetic point of view, eager to see what you'll have to say and contribute.
You'll get recommended this a thousand times, but Franz Bardon's Initiation into Hermetics is a goodie. Anything to do with Hermes T and the Kabalion is solid too, interpretations on the Emerald Tablet and Hermetic laws (I think there's 7) are something that'd be good to collect.
Either way you've come to the right place, great library here and lots of practitioners, though a lot of us go eclectic over time.
Corpus Hermeticum before anything. If Hermetic thought has its own bible, nowadays its considered this one. Perfect Sermon after that. There are more papers such as Oxford and Vienna fragments and many more, but the former two will suffice for the start.practionars on which books/courses are worth following.
