Yes it is possible to fly with the body. It was what some witches really did to scare the population as their magickal networks weren't as talented as ours today. But there is no military bonus to be found with flying around with your body as you can easily shoot someone flying down.

The sin system has always been here on this planet. It was even harsher before Jesus Christ as the punishments were more horrible downstairs than after Jebus. It's just something which humanity has come to grow up with. It's also good for primitive species overall to have some spiritual laws that can not be transcended. Will still take a while until we start to have everyone on a 0 sin level, it's called evolution. With good technologies comes new needs which in turn creates a new spiritual evolution.

If Earth humans are allowed to have free will then there ought to be some mechanism/cost to discourage improper use of that free will.

That mechanism may be what is called karma.

Surely it is good for a human to learn not to use excessive free will. So is excessive use of will evil, but the learning from that evil good? The learning might take many lives, so is the action evil until it is learned from, long in the future

Thus it might be that very long time frames are needed to identify evil - perhaps not until this universe ceases to exist.

It may be that it is better to consider the natural cycles - yin-yang and the tzimtzum. If so, evil may exist in the inappropriate interference with the cycle.

For example a woman that is mother, wife, housekeeper, and has paid work, may not take enough personal space and burn out. Thus excess giving may be as improper as excess taking

Well I call it the 'sin network'. It has been here for long as there has been humans. The older cruder network was because of the amount of aliens on our planet when humanity was still just a child. It was there for some good reasons as the entire world would've been too freaky otherwise. There are always rules in the universe, even nature follows rules. They are just imbedded inside the nature of reality itself.

Oh yeah, don't mind the disbelievers and fools they will never believe, they just want to get it to a material level so that they could get the Randi price. It's a different matter to evolve into being able to do this and a different matter into discerning without getting it on the news for example or something else. It follows the law of observation so if there is no one to observe it then things can move pretty freely, but as soon as someone observes it then they go insane just because of the impossibility of the event. This is why India had strict rules not to do Siddhis in public.

This planet, will put a beacon for you, you can test your own things there if you want. It's really watched by many so that no one makes a mess there.
