You know, today I started preparing for the practice I do every year. This year I decided to start it on March 3, so that the final practice would be on Easter. The practice lasts 49 days and is very powerful in pumping the chakras. At the finish line you know more about your chakras than anyone else, and no theory or book can compare to the knowledge you get in person.
So that's what I'm telling you about. There are definitely people here who don't know where to start, but would really like to. You definitely realize that you need to take small steps every day, but you're lazy? Let's do it together, shall we? Getting to know your chakras is one of the first things you should do when getting to know your energy body and your power, and what's stopping you from gaining that power.
I suggest right here, in this journal, to follow the practice for 49 days, to share your emotions, discoveries, impressions and developments. Until March 3, you have the opportunity to prepare for this path. I will describe to you my actions that I will perform the first week. If you find it interesting, you can repeat after me. I will consistently describe each week and my actions. You can be sure that by the end of the 49th day you will know your chakras, their problems and their power very well.
There is only one condition: I will not write a theory here and tell you in detail what each chakra is responsible for. Theory is something that you can learn on your own. Here there will be only practice.

So, to make it clearer to you, for the first week, from March 3 to March 9 inclusive, I will follow the rules aimed at the first root chakra - muladhara.
Do you agree with the statement that you can't build a strong, reliable house without a stable and solid foundation? Well, muladhara is our foundation. What about when your head is full of ideas, new beginnings, life goals, but you lack the strength to start, complete and realize what you have planned? This all has to do with the first chakra not working properly. We come into this world through this chakra. It is in direct connection with mother earth and belongs to the earth element. If we do not balance this chakra, bring it into proper balance, our progression will lack the stability necessary for personal growth in all things. This is introductory information so that you understand why you need to start with this chakra and why it is important to balance it.

So, nutrition. All the week we will eat foods that will give energy to our chakra. It is logical to assume that if muladhara is the root chakra of red color, then we will eat root vegetables and products grown on the ground. Let's also pay attention to the products of red color.
Potatoes, carrots, beets, radishes, onions, garlic, red bell peppers, radishes, red cabbage, tomato juice, tomatoes, red colored fruits - whatever is available to you. Add root, tuberous, bulbous, cabbage, lettuce, salad, spicy, gourds, legumes and grain vegetables and fruits to your meals. All that the earth has given us. Make compote from fruits, for example, from cranberries and red apples. Turn on your imagination and become Gordon Ramsay! You can use salt and spices from natural herbs. Olive oil, grape seed oil.
As for meat, everyone must determine for himself. If you eat it this week, then only red meat. Meat has a heavy energy and grounding us, which, on the one hand, is good for this chakra, because all week we will learn to ground ourselves. On the other hand, it is believed that meat does not give us spiritual elevation. Have you noticed that vegetarians sometimes seem funny to us, and sometimes seem to be talking nonsense? Maybe they are on a higher spiritual level? Also there are rituals before which you can't eat meat for three days, as if you're fasting, in order to rise a little bit energetically. So I do not know the absolute answer and I will not impose it. I myself usually eat a maximum of two beef steaks per week, because I believe that we should not forget about the physical condition. If we always eat meat in our lives, then abruptly giving it up can be harmful. You will realize by your own feelings whether you need meat or you can do without it. Your inner opinion will be the most correct for you. Nutrition has been dealt with.

Next, these seven days I do meditations. One of my choice per day when I have free time: morning, evening or in the middle of the day. Sometimes I do one in the morning and one in the evening. All according to my inner intuition, but I do it without fail. I offer you a choice of two meditations. They are basic and work really well on this chakra. When meditating I use the sounds of nature (I turn on YouTube the sounds of a fireplace, rain with a thunderstorm, a river, a fire). Personally, I find these sounds soothing. You can turn on your favorite music or meditate in silence.

Take a posture that is comfortable for you: sitting or lying down - it doesn't matter. Calm yourself, adjust your breathing, and stop your internal dialog. Let all thoughts shut down. If you are trying to tune in, but suddenly a spontaneous thought arises in your mind, look closely at it. Memorize it. After meditation, analyze it. Having calmed down, start visualization. Visualize roots growing out of your feet, and you go into the ground with these roots. The roots go deeper and deeper into the ground. Strengthen yourself with them. Then visualize white or golden energy running through these roots to your body and filling you. That's it. Easy? I don't think so. When I first started meditating, even visually my roots would get stuck and couldn't penetrate the floor of my second floor apartment, and I live on the fifth floor.

Meditation. Get comfortable on your bed. Before you do this, turn off your phone, TV, and anything else that might distract you. It would be better if you were naked, even without jewelry. The temperature should be comfortable. If it is chilly, put on some roomy clothes. Start breathing calmly and letting go of all thoughts. Try to feel the warmth from your toes to the top of your head. Then start looking for the first chakra. Knowing its location, imagine a red glowing ball there and try to gently, carefully move it so that it becomes exactly in the center. Do you feel warmth? Or cold? What sensations come up? Perhaps you feel some kind of taste or pungent odor? Then visualize a red room. What do you see in it? Try to memorize it. Begin to visualize cleaning that room. Visualize putting everything in its place or scrubbing the walls and floors. Do a general cleanup in there. I assure you, already the second such meditation will give you a new vision.

You can choose any meditation that is closer to you. Perhaps you have a favorite.

Muladhara is our physical. Include morning exercises, at least the simplest children's exercises. Bending, squatting, rolling from heel to toe are obligatory. If you practice yoga, find on the Internet poses for this chakra.
Every day I consume herbal tea and drink vegetable smoothies based on intuitive knowledge. I am close to the knowledge that the herbs of muladhara are roots: dandelion root, ginger, elecampane, and strawberry leaves. I also add herbs related to the genitourinary system, as I believe these are interrelated.
You can use incense (e.g., ground roots) and aroma lamps during meditation.

And finally, a ritual to be performed on any of these seven days. Buy seeds of a plant that you personally associate with that chakra. Who has a good root system? I know you have mandrake seeds! It has a beautiful root, strong. Think about it. Also look at bulbous plants. On one of the seven days, plant the seeds, using it as a ritual. Add soil to the pot, put the seeds next to it, take paper and pencils. Write with full awareness, “I am safe. I am open to receiving and being energized by the powerful energy of the earth. I am a beloved child of the universe and I deserve love, peace and safety.” Burn the paper, mix the ashes with the soil in a pot and plant the seeds or bulbs. You are and will nurture, strengthen and nourish your chakra. You can then track by the plant whether your chakra is doing well. I got gnats on a plant in the ground last time, and I realized there was a problem.

To summarize: a week of fasting, meditations targeting this chakra, herbal teas, morning exercise and one ritual. It's not easy, although at first glance it seems doable. If you are ready, join in. You have until March 3 to think about the menu, choose seeds, choose a beautiful pot, learn the theory about the chakra, and go ahead and take action!
One last thing I'd like to add. I wouldn't want information from this magazine copied to different forums. You can write it out for yourself, use it personally, share it with friends, but don't copy it to other forums. This is my wish, and my intention is put into it!) Don't mess with the witch ha ha!) Magic loves the strong, and the determined, so I look forward to seeing you, join in!) This will be an exciting personal journey to your chakras.

The second chakra is svadhisthana. The plan for the next 7 days I am putting out today, so that you have time to approach the second week mentally and physically prepared!))))))
Svadhisthana is our sexual energy. It is our emotions, it is our feelings. The ability to enjoy and delight, it's our relationships, and creativity. Magic is also a kind of creativity, by the way. Here is a huge flight of fancy, and what you can't do) Yes, by the way, spells always lie on this chakra.
Dissatisfaction in sex, inability to express your creativity, inability to express your emotions, lack of or bad relationships with the opposite sex, it's all a bad balancing of your second chakra. Procreation is also svadhisthana. The color is orange, the element of the chakra is water. So it's our blood (bbrrr, love spell comes to mind again), and all body fluids (oh, I think we're looking at drinking instead of eating).
Based on the experience of the first week, we already realize, there's a new menu ahead. And so foods and drinks for pumping svadhisthana. The basis should be foods that are orange in color, and have juiciness (water). Also this week should be a rich week for drinking. Water, natural juices, smoothies, compotes, teas.
This week we drink, and sit on the diet)))))
What came to your mind? What foods? We will eat pumpkin, by the way I love pumpkin porridge, I also love baked pumpkin with honey, and honey is what we need for our chakra, sweet, golden honey. Carrots, yellow peppers, millet (hope you have that porridge), luckily there are lots of orange fruits available. Busy week coming up, coworkers) Drinking vegetable and fruit juices from orange foods. Oranges, mangoes, tangerines, apricots, bananas and whatever else you find according to your wallet, and the possibilities of your location. The main principle is, don't torture yourself. Add other foods if it is difficult, if it is difficult physically for the body. Plain water should be more present in your diet than usual. Drink a lot of plain water. Also teas, add sea buckthorn, lemon, I like to make tea on orange peels. Cinnamon, vanilla, turmeric. Orange spices. What about protein for the body? We only have two options-- milk and eggs. Milk is used to plump up babies (and humans and animals) eggs are birth. These are the associations. By the way, you can make smoothies from milk. There is such a recipe - it is called golden milk. In heated milk add turmeric and ground black pepper peas (turmeric is not digested in the body without pepper). And you can add a spoonful of honey for sweetness. Truly the recipe is gold. Very helpful.
As for meditation. We have the chakra of creativity. So meditations will be creative. I prefer drawing. Chaotic drawings that don't make sense. I draw lines, circles, then connect them, trace more lines. Sort of like neurography.
Be sure to play your favorite music. If you don't like to draw at all, you should find a hobby for this week, which you will strictly fulfill every day, and which will put you in a calm state. Where you don't need your brain, i.e. chess won't do) Perhaps it will be dancing? For girls I recommend dancing at the mirror, in the dance actively move your hips, hug yourself around the waist. Perhaps it will be modeling from clay? Or home baking, which you were previously afraid to bake or were lazy. But it has to be sweet baked goods. And do not eat it yourself, give it to relatives, friends, or take this treat to the river bank. Give it to fish, ducks, birds.
Also, you must once, during these seven days, fulfill at least one of your wishes. Even if it's the smallest, but it must concern only you. Buy yourself something that you were sorry to spend even not a lot of money on. Or to do something that you did not find time for before, you regretted it, but you always wanted it very much. This is also a kind of ritual.
Have sex, yes. If there is someone to have sex with) But if not...On the seventh day of our journey on the second chakra, that is, on March 16, we will do a love ritual to attract a worthy partner in your life. According to the ritual we will track whether your chakra is pumped. Whether women or men began to look at you differently. How long before these changes began (so we will check how fast your magic works) Whether their communication has changed in your direction. Important, this is not a hex, so you should not do it on a particular person. Just trust the magic, it will bring to you the one who will really be the best companion. And so the ritual itself. We will need a sheet of paper, a red pencil, or a felt-tip pen, or a red pen. Your photo, 1 red candle, matches (no matches, light a toothpick and from it already candle). Do not use a lighter in magic, magic likes natural materials. And so. Draw on a piece of paper given rune formula I will put it below. We stipulate each rune separately. That is drawing the first rune and say:
1 Evaz - the power of these runes let the man (or woman) will break into my life.

2. Mannaz - he (she) should be: and describe all the qualities you want to see in your partner. Tall, athletic, kind, generous, intelligent, blue-eyed and so on
3. Gebo - it means in this formula partnership, love connection, drawing it stipulate how you want to see the relationship.
4. Odal - family, birth of children, cohabitation. Drawing it, say that you have the happiest family, you want a child, etc. Or replace it with Wuno - if you want a light romantic relationship, bringing joy and motivation to look good and to be in a good mood.
5. Fehu here is about generosity. That the partner was not greedy, and you received material gifts. Yes, I'm a bit mercurial. But I like it that way. Because I think financial support is important too. It's better than having to carry your partner on your back and provide for him.
We close all this with Yera - as getting the desired result and cyclicality (so that it continues for the time we need and develops and bears the necessary fruit).

Step-by-step runes are described, a detailed description you should have your own. Remember, in rune magic, the more accurate information, the better. Runes work on the path of least resistance, and slip you can anyone who will be at hand at the runes, if you do not give them a specific installation, so it is worth thinking carefully, what will be your instruction to the runes. Practice on paper for starters. Compose a text. Visualize the image of your ideal partner. All his qualities.
Okay, write the runes on paper, say it. At the end of necessarily need to say “ this runic formula is activated (fire, breath, kiss, saliva, or how you want to activate it) and works without harm to my mental and physical health, I can stop the work of this formula at any time, by burning. So be it!” Activation. If activation by fire, then the match is brought and driven near the formula. Breath - breathe on the drawn formula.
Then write the same formula on the candle. When written all the runes, stipulate not every rune, but the overall picture. “This rune formula ... and all that you have already said the first time.
At the end add: “This rune formula is activated by the fire of this candle. As soon as I light this candle, this formula will begin its work, without harm to me, and my loved ones, without harm to the mental and physical health of me and my loved ones”. That's it, put your photo. On it a sheet with the formula. On the formula we put a disposable candlestick. (Be it a lid from under a jar, make from foil for baking, or take an old saucer, which is not sorry). Light the candle. Set it in the candle holder. Let the candle burn out. Throw away the remains, roll up the paper with the formula and put it in your purse, for example. That's it!)

Friends, it's the turn of the third chakra - Manipura (starting Monday). While Muladhara is our foundation and Svadhisthana is the source of creativity and emotion, Manipura is our inner strength, will and confidence. It is the centre of personal power, self-esteem and the ability to act in the world. Manipura is the fire that burns within us, giving us the energy to achieve goals, overcome obstacles and protect our boundaries. While the second chakra symbolises the pursuit of pleasure, Manipura is already a more conscious pursuit of selfish goals. That is, the second chakra is the pursuit of pleasure, and the third chakra is the pursuit of gain or material wealth.
Manipura is associated with fire, so in nutrition we focus on foods that ‘ignite’ our inner fire, give energy and warmth. The main colour is yellow, but we also add foods that stimulate digestion (because Manipura is associated with the solar plexus and stomach). The flavour that is associated with Manipura is spicy. Ayurveda says that it is the spicy flavour that fuels our digestive fire, warming the body.
Here's what you can include in your diet:
  • Cereals and cereals: millet, corn, rice (especially yellow rice), oatmeal.
  • Vegetables: yellow peppers, pumpkin, corn, courgettes, potatoes (in moderation).
  • Fruits: bananas, lemons, pineapples, yellow apples, mangoes.
  • Spices: turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, cumin, mustard, black pepper. These spices not only add flavour but also ‘stoke’ the digestive fire.
  • Oils: olive oil, corn oil, sunflower oil.
  • Drinks: herbal teas with ginger, lemon, turmeric. You can also drink warm water with lemon in the morning on an empty stomach - it perfectly triggers digestion and energises.
Meat is excluded this week, but you can add fish. Avoid heavy, fatty food, which ‘quenches’ the fire of Manipura.
This week should be spent in meditation. Breathing practices during meditation are the main food for this chakra. By breathing we accumulate energy in Manipura.
Meditations for Manipura:
Manipura is the centre of our power, so the meditations will focus on activating the inner fire and building self-confidence.
1. Solar Ball Meditation.
Sit comfortably, close your eyes and start breathing deeply and evenly. Imagine that in the area of solar plexus (just above the navel) there is a bright yellow ball, similar to a small sun. With each breath this ball becomes brighter and bigger, filling your whole body with warmth and light. Feel this light spreading throughout your body, giving you strength and confidence. Visualise how you can easily cope with any difficulties, how strong and determined you are.
2. Meditation ‘Purification by Fire’.
Imagine that you are standing in the centre of a fire. Fire is all around you, but it does not burn you, it purifies you. It burns away all your fears, doubts and insecurities. Feel how the fire fills you with energy and strength. After the meditation, visualise yourself walking out of the fire feeling renewed and empowered.
Practices for Manipura:
1. Morning exercise.
Manipura is associated with activity and movement. Start the day with simple exercises: bending, twisting, squatting. Add breathing practices, such as ‘fire breathing’ (rapid and rhythmic inhalations and exhalations through the nose).
2- Affirmations.
Every day, repeat affirmations that build your confidence:
  • ‘I am strong and confident.’
  • ‘I make decisions and act easily.’
  • ‘I am worthy of success and respect.’
3. Ritual with fire.
On one of the days of the week, do a ritual with fire. Light a yellow coloured candle (or a regular candle if you don't have a yellow one). Sit in front of the candle, close your eyes and imagine how the fire of the candle fills you with energy. Then take a piece of paper and write down everything that holds you back: fears, doubts, insecurities. Burn this piece of paper in the flame of the candle, imagining how the fire destroys all your limitations.

If you are wondering how to know what state your chakra is in, do a little analysis. Manipura is, first of all, the centre of our will. Working with it, you bring the energy centre into harmony. Small-mindedness, lack of willpower, weakness in the fight against habits and addictions - a clear sign of weak Manipura. Speaking of other manifestations of the chakra, it is worth noting such a selfish manifestation as the desire to subjugate others. It is not by chance that the words ‘Manipura’ and ‘manipulate’ have the same root. Being under the influence of our feelings and emotions, we seek to impose their will on others, which spoils relations between people, leading to conflicts and quarrels.
Another quality associated with Manipura is spiritual poverty. In the pursuit of material goods and momentary experiences, a person forgets about the most important thing - his purpose, about what he was born in this body for.
If you rise in your development to the level of Manipura, you get opportunities to develop all your talents. It is from the third chakra that a person's growth as a person begins. Have you ever noticed that more successful people behave in a calm and balanced manner? Even a deal-breaker, for example, does not cause them to become angry. They calmly analyse the situation, thanks to their high intelligence they correct mistakes and move forward. So look out for meditation, breathing practices and spicy foods.
My husband, for example, loves jalapenos. He eats it always and everywhere. We also always have Sriracha hot sauce in the fridge. Guys, my husband is far from magic, he's just resigned to my lifestyle)))))) But this spiciness he consumes every day is a manifestation of a strong Manipura. In men, strong Manipura makes them concrete and straightforward. They are male earners who are ‘all in for the family’. Such qualities help them to excel in business, take up leadership positions easily, overcome challenges and competition, and achieve goals.
So next week will be quite easy in terms of nutrition, but will require effort in meditation and exercise. If you overpower yourself, consider that you have already taken the first step. After all, you have gotten over your laziness, put aside your excuses and just done it!

Let's get to the 4th chakra, guys, it's from Monday as always, but I'm posting the information in advance so that you have time to familiarise yourself with it and think about it. The material world is Muladhara, Svadhisthana and Manipura, they provide bodily survival and social and personal development. The inner world of the soul begins with Anahata.Anahata gives the capacity for love, sensitivity, empathy, expression of sympathy, empathy and compassion. The main purpose of Anahata is to connect people with each other, with nature, animals, with their favourite occupation, home, and also to connect people through the ability to admire beauty, pure-hearted care, devotion and voluntary compassion.Suffering, resentment, whining, over-sensitivity and emotional instability are at the root of disharmonious Anahata. And also behaviour that is emotionally enthusiastic, or overly anxious or caring. And sometimes disharmoniousness of Anahata can strain itself and others with its condition. Non-harmonious Anahata can also give the problem of loving oneself. And to LOVE oneself according to Anahata is to experience oneself as LOVE.

As far as love is concerned, love on Svadhisthana is very different from love on Anahata.

On Svadhisthana, love is greedy, wanting to possess what it wants.

On Anahata it is a more reverent and enthusiastic state, where there is a desire to LOVE. The colour of the chakra is green, the element is air.

Some of the most important lessons of your heart chakra when it comes to food:

Add love to your meals by using only the highest quality ingredients (organic, locally grown and locally sourced)

Express gratitude for your food, especially if it's prepared with love.

Share food with others.

Eat more plant-based foods and raw fruits and vegetables (like dark leafy greens). Some of the best green foods that resonate with your heart chakra are: avocados, green grapes, kiwi, pears, green apples, limes, kale, spinach, broccoli, celery, cucumbers, green beans, green peas, etc.

The best thing we can do for our chakra this week is to feed friends and animals, show compassion, maybe someone will even decide to go to an animal kennel and help clean up. We're also going to learn to breathe with our heart. This practice will help you to feel the connection with Anahata. Sit comfortably, put your hands on your heart and start breathing deeply and slowly. With each inhale imagine the air filling your heart, and with each exhale you let go of all the tension and pain. Feel your heart becoming light and open. And so every day, do not forget to show sympathy, help someone who needs it (even a colleague at work, you can help with work). I like to go to the pond near my house, feed the ducks, fish, there are several stray cats in our yard, I always bring them food. On Saturday or Sunday, after 5 days as we pump anahata we will try the ritual. For a good attitude. Let's call it this. We'll try it on colleagues, friends, acquaintances, neighbours.

We take biscuits or candy without wrapping. This is important, because you will read on these sweets conspiracy, and if you read on the wrapper, people will throw it away and everything. The ritual will check, how open you are to mutual sympathy in worldly relations. We read as many times over sweets as your heart prompts you. Then we treat them to whom we want.

As all people in all ages have taken care of their eyes,

As men have always kept my eyes.

As people in all ages could not do without their eyes,

So that they can't do without me (name).

When you, servants of God (names),

will swallow my sweets,

From now on, you will always remember me

will always remember me well.

My word is strong,

My deed is moulded.

Key, lock, tongue.

Amen. Amen. Amen.

And now it is time for the fifth chakra. The fifth chakra Vishudha is characterised by a blue colour. Vishudha is located in the throat area. It is associated with communication, self-expression, creativity and inspiration. Its element is ether/sound. With the help of violent influence through the throat chakra it is possible to persuade a person to accept someone else's point of view, literally ‘break’ his will, ‘infect’ him with both positive and negative ideas. It is believed that people who want to strengthen the action of this chakra or heal it, should give preference to food from the blue group. Let's try to understand what foods have a beneficial effect on Vishudha.
The following foods belong to the blue group: seafood, skimmed milk, blue carp, oysters, squid, blue cheese, blueberries, blackberries, mushrooms. Products of blue colour have a calming effect on the nervous system and contribute to the proper functioning of the thyroid gland.
So, all week we eat fish products, seaweed, sea salt and the above foods :)
On a physical level, we will pump the chakra as follows. First of all, let's see what level your chakra is at right now. If it is in order, we can say the following about you: you are extraordinary and very talented. You possess incredible charisma. Charm, glamour and inner fire are all about you. If you feel imbalance between your thoughts and heart, inability to express your emotions, ban on feelings, ban on getting pleasures and joys, inability to have fun/rest, fussiness, emotional restraint, inattentiveness, stupidity, talkativeness, giving advice you were not asked for, reticence/shyness, fear of public speaking, desire to go unnoticed, then let's pump this chakra.
So, let's make this week dedicated to singing, shall we? Yes, yes, singing is great for chakra development. Let's sing our favourite songs when we cook, sing while driving, sing in the bath or in the shower.
And also, starting Monday, we're going to keep a list where you write down all your resentments that you can't express to someone, write down all your limiting beliefs that prevent you from living or acting the way you would like to. All the things that are eating you up inside, the things you have never been able to express to someone, let them pour out on the same paper all week. At first you'll think there's not much to write, but then calm your thoughts, put on your favourite songs and just start singing. Oh, situations will start to pop up in front of your eyes where you were offended and couldn't speak up. We also need lively laughter. What in this life makes you laugh? What makes you laugh loudly and genuinely? I suggest taking the time to do this - lively laughter raises the chakra.
There is a method called the ‘one chair’ method. You put an empty chair in front of you. You imagine that on it sits a person to whom you would like to say everything that is on your mind, and looking at the chair and imagining this person, you start to say everything that is on your mind. Humour aside, this technique does bring tears to many people's eyes at the end. It's a cleansing process. And, of course, a ritual at the end of the week that will show you how good your chakra is. After all, we are on an esoteric forum) So. Find out when a service is planned in the church nearest to you. During the service, which goes in the church, go to the gate of the church, stand at the gate, or in the gate, and begin to read the conspiracy as many times as you think necessary.
How people stand in temples,
Looking at the clergy,
Listening and heeding,
Repeat after the reader,
Laying crosses, lighting candles,
They kneel.
Honouring the saints, they look at the holy icons.
In all churches and monasteries.
Bishops, archbishops, abbesses and abbesses,
hierarchs, deacons and subdeacons,
presbyters, archpriests,
Readers and church singers,
Colloquies, monks, venerable monks,
novices and novices.
All to whom I go, listen to me,
Listen and be amazed,
and be amazed at what I say.
Repeat what I say,
Open my doors,
Let me in and let me go
What I ask you to do, let me do.
The oil pours and pours and pours,
What I ask, they'll be satisfied.
All men repeat my words and trust me in all things.
Teeth. Lips. Keys. Locks.
All my words are a royal crown,
And all my deeds are happy endings.
Amen.

I have reached the sixth chakra in my descriptions. It is described as responsible for clairvoyance and intuition, and if it is ‘pumped’ a person will open the notorious ‘third eye’. For some reason it is attributed to her dark blue and violet shades, but I do not agree with this. This is one of the two ‘higher’ chakras, so it works very difficult. Depending on the individual and their abilities its colours can be very different. Often there are radiant white and golden shades, sometimes light blue, sometimes blue - in general everything is individual. The chakra is pleasant to ‘look at’ because its energy is subtle, with iridescence and very delicate colours. This is because it ‘works’ with more subtle energies than most other chakras.
Specifically the sixth chakra is responsible for intellectual energy. What is intelligence in general? It is our ability to process information, draw conclusions, and learn new things. Some people for some reason contrast intelligence and ‘vision’ thinking that one interferes with the other. At the initial stage of development this may be true. But when a person reaches at least an average degree of development, intellect and vision (or intuition) already complement each other. And at high development even more so - both should be ‘on top’. Why am I talking about this now? To the fact that by the work of the sixth chakra one can perfectly understand the level of development of a person. How to do it? Let's answer the following question. The lower the level of development, the less and less often a person ‘switches on’ the intellect, and consequently the sixth chakra. At this stage it is not easy to digest long texts, complex information - one wants to receive everything in a ready form and in small portions so as not to strain oneself too much. It is clear that the sixth chakra will work weakly in undeveloped people. But if you make efforts for your development everything will naturally change.
Probably, many readers will conclude that the sixth chakra should work best in scientists, engineers, researchers and so on. However, this is not entirely true.
When a person uses only logical thinking, even if it is constant, it still does not speak of his high development. His chakra is certainly more active than in the first type of people, but still its energy is a bit ‘lopsided’. In this case the chakra strives to increase its revolutions, but cannot. It has a significant limitation - lack of energy of the seventh chakra. Which is just responsible for intuition and connection with general information fields.
What can be done, a human being is so organised that he/she will not be able to ‘accelerate’ the sixth chakra to its full potential without an inflow of energy from the seventh chakra. That is why purely logical thinking, without using intuition and subconsciousness, has its own ceiling of development, above which it is impossible to jump. The sixth chakra of a truly developed person is a completely different sight. It is in this case that the expression ‘third eye’ can be applied to it, and it will be true.
Through it constantly pass streams of subtle and radiant energy, and it is literally filled with the biofield of a person, which is felt by others. In this case, intelligence and vision go hand in hand, and complement each other. This helps to properly assimilate information, intuitively ‘filter’ it and instantly select the necessary. Quickly make decisions, cancelling unfavourable variants of events. It is not difficult for such a person to ‘read’ others and understand them - most people are like an open book for him.
Are there a lot of such developed people? Unfortunately, very few. But it is in the power of each of us to raise our level of development, whatever it is now. And (the key point!) to do it evenly, not hitting only logic or intuition, but to use all our abilities...
This is exactly the kind of development I wish to all my readers! And good luck to everyone on his Path!
What can you say about nutrition this week? If we plug in logic, we'll be looking towards purple, dark blue, and white foods. Blueberries, blackberries, blue plums. Foods should be ‘light’ not taxing on the body. Nutrition is now secondary, we are moving more towards spirituality. We will apply what is closer to you. Mantras, meditation, express yourself through creativity, use your breath. In meditation, visualise ajna. What colour do you see it in?
There is a rather difficult to perform, but very effective ritual for the development of clairvoyance through dreams. In principle, real magic cannot be easy. If you are a person close to the church, try this rite.

Rite ‘Opening of clairvoyance through a dream’
At the first stage of development of clairvoyance through a dream you need to fulfil the following conditions:
-learn to relax your body
-learn to relax your thoughts
-sleep alone
-know by heart the conspiracy
Make a dream only on an empty stomach. (From the last meal should pass at least four hours)
During the development of clairvoyance should not be periods.
In the first time make dreams only under the big church holidays.
Objects necessary for the ritual:
* Icons ‘Lord Almighty’, ‘Holy Mother of God the Bride not Bride’, ‘Michael the Archangel’, ‘Sviattsy’.
*Candles before each icon.
*Black prayer cloth.
*Pillow.
*3 pillowcases.
*Water in a crystal vase.
*Matches.
The sequence of the rite.
  • Before making a dream think what you would like to know through a dream. Write about it on a piece of paper with a rod of red colour, put the sheet under a pillow.
  • On a table covered with a white linen tablecloth put icons crosswise, in front of each icon - a candle. In the centre put other objects involved in the rite.
  • Lay a black prayer cloth on the floor.
  • Light the candles, say the prayer address.
Lord, help! Lord Jesus Christ, help me to know in a dream about.... (name your problem).
Mother! Lord, You are our Protector, help me to know in a dream about... (name your problem). Michael the Archangel, help me to know in a dream about... ( name my problem). All Saints, help me to know in a dream about... (name my problem).
Angel of sleep, help me to know in a dream about... (name my problem).
Read the prayer ritual summary of the rite.
  • The Lord's Prayer - 4 times.
  • ‘Song to the Blessed Virgin Mary’ - 4 times.
  • ‘To the Holy Spirit’ - 4 times.
To recite a dream incantation.
Let us pray to God, let us bow at the feet.
There is an angel in heaven, an angel knows about dreams. I'll call the angel, I'll reveal the dream. One angel protects me, the second angel helps me, the third angel tells me the dream. Three angels are with me, my good dream is in my hand, what I see in my dream will appear to me. Amen. Amen. Amen.
  • Put three pillowcases on the pillow at once. Put the pillow on the bed, on a piece of paper where your problem is written.
  • Put a black prayer cloth on the bed.
  • Lie on your back. Spread your legs shoulder-width apart, arms apart from your body.
  • Mentally trace the state of all muscles from the tips of your toes to your head (muscles should be relaxed).
  • Calm your thoughts, do not think about anything.
  • Read the conspiracy seven times.
  • Extinguish the candles and recite a prayer of thanksgiving.
  • Calmly go to sleep. Until you fall asleep, constantly read the conspiracy for sleep.
It is not always possible to correctly interpret the dream, but over time dreams begin to open, become brighter, clearer. At the beginning, make dreams only for yourself. Then, when your own dreams will be more understandable, you can make dreams about other people's problems.

If you are not close to the church, consider another ritual for developing clairvoyance
To make it easier to ‘see’ beginners need to use helpers. I suggest that you start by helping yourself in this way. Before work connected with clairvoyance, drink very strong coffee, add cinnamon to it. Your pupils should dilate. If you observe children and not only children who study or watch something (interesting) they also have dilated pupils. From this we can conclude that when the pupils are dilated, we receive much more information than when we are in a ‘calm’ state.
The most important thing is to establish contact with your subconscious mind and learn to ‘decipher’ the signals it gives you. To begin with, we look at a photo of a person and ask a question that interests us. Then we switch off our thoughts. Breath-holding can help in this. And try to get an answer. The answer may come in the form of a thought, an image. You can close your eyes and ‘gaze’ into the pictures on the retina, even cover your eyes with your hand and try to ‘connect’ to a person. When you connect, you will get an interesting feeling. It is difficult to describe, you have to feel it. Everyone has their own way. You should start looking at people who are neutral. If you start with relatives and friends, emotions may interfere.
So the practice uses a meditative state. You need to sit comfortably with a straight spine, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths and exhalations.
Then in front of the inner screen, with closed eyes you need to visualise as if a scoreboard or a screen of black colour. After that it is necessary to visualise the same screen of red colour, hold it for a few seconds and change it to orange colour. Also hold it for some seconds and change it to yellow colour.
In this way you should go through all the chakra colours from red (muladhara) to violet (sahasrara).
Each colour lasts for about 30-40 seconds. After the purple screen you should create a silver or grey screen. In total you pass through 9 corridors of the colour spectrum, which switches your state into the Alpha state, which is a state of heightened perception, where the boundaries of material things are erased and the spiritual veil of vision and reading is opened.
Without going far from the practice itself it is necessary after you have got a mental screen of grey or silver colour to see in it a person or a room which you want to diagnose. A person is surrounded by his aura in the form of a field in front of him. Let it be white or grey for now.
Look at it and give the instruction:
‘Let the aura become as it really is’
After this command the aura will begin to change and you will see what is with it and how, where there are any dents, breaks, distortions or subdivisions, what dirt and congestion in the chakras.
After the diagnosis you should mentally erase these pictures and leave a grey screen.
The most important thing in this practice is that all this is done with closed eyes. After the diagnosis you should mentally remove the grey screen and make some deep breaths exhalations to return to the usual rhythm. Then open your eyes. Never be in a hurry.
