You know, today I started preparing for the practice I do every year. This year I decided to start it on March 3, so that the final practice would be on Easter. The practice lasts 49 days and is very powerful in pumping the chakras. At the finish line you know more about your chakras than anyone else, and no theory or book can compare to the knowledge you get in person.
So that's what I'm telling you about. There are definitely people here who don't know where to start, but would really like to. You definitely realize that you need to take small steps every day, but you're lazy? Let's do it together, shall we? Getting to know your chakras is one of the first things you should do when getting to know your energy body and your power, and what's stopping you from gaining that power.
I suggest right here, in this journal, to follow the practice for 49 days, to share your emotions, discoveries, impressions and developments. Until March 3, you have the opportunity to prepare for this path. I will describe to you my actions that I will perform the first week. If you find it interesting, you can repeat after me. I will consistently describe each week and my actions. You can be sure that by the end of the 49th day you will know your chakras, their problems and their power very well.
There is only one condition: I will not write a theory here and tell you in detail what each chakra is responsible for. Theory is something that you can learn on your own. Here there will be only practice.
So, to make it clearer to you, for the first week, from March 3 to March 9 inclusive, I will follow the rules aimed at the first root chakra - muladhara.
Do you agree with the statement that you can't build a strong, reliable house without a stable and solid foundation? Well, muladhara is our foundation. What about when your head is full of ideas, new beginnings, life goals, but you lack the strength to start, complete and realize what you have planned? This all has to do with the first chakra not working properly. We come into this world through this chakra. It is in direct connection with mother earth and belongs to the earth element. If we do not balance this chakra, bring it into proper balance, our progression will lack the stability necessary for personal growth in all things. This is introductory information so that you understand why you need to start with this chakra and why it is important to balance it.
So, nutrition. All the week we will eat foods that will give energy to our chakra. It is logical to assume that if muladhara is the root chakra of red color, then we will eat root vegetables and products grown on the ground. Let's also pay attention to the products of red color.
Potatoes, carrots, beets, radishes, onions, garlic, red bell peppers, radishes, red cabbage, tomato juice, tomatoes, red colored fruits - whatever is available to you. Add root, tuberous, bulbous, cabbage, lettuce, salad, spicy, gourds, legumes and grain vegetables and fruits to your meals. All that the earth has given us. Make compote from fruits, for example, from cranberries and red apples. Turn on your imagination and become Gordon Ramsay! You can use salt and spices from natural herbs. Olive oil, grape seed oil.
As for meat, everyone must determine for himself. If you eat it this week, then only red meat. Meat has a heavy energy and grounding us, which, on the one hand, is good for this chakra, because all week we will learn to ground ourselves. On the other hand, it is believed that meat does not give us spiritual elevation. Have you noticed that vegetarians sometimes seem funny to us, and sometimes seem to be talking nonsense? Maybe they are on a higher spiritual level? Also there are rituals before which you can't eat meat for three days, as if you're fasting, in order to rise a little bit energetically. So I do not know the absolute answer and I will not impose it. I myself usually eat a maximum of two beef steaks per week, because I believe that we should not forget about the physical condition. If we always eat meat in our lives, then abruptly giving it up can be harmful. You will realize by your own feelings whether you need meat or you can do without it. Your inner opinion will be the most correct for you. Nutrition has been dealt with.
Next, these seven days I do meditations. One of my choice per day when I have free time: morning, evening or in the middle of the day. Sometimes I do one in the morning and one in the evening. All according to my inner intuition, but I do it without fail. I offer you a choice of two meditations. They are basic and work really well on this chakra. When meditating I use the sounds of nature (I turn on YouTube the sounds of a fireplace, rain with a thunderstorm, a river, a fire). Personally, I find these sounds soothing. You can turn on your favorite music or meditate in silence.
Take a posture that is comfortable for you: sitting or lying down - it doesn't matter. Calm yourself, adjust your breathing, and stop your internal dialog. Let all thoughts shut down. If you are trying to tune in, but suddenly a spontaneous thought arises in your mind, look closely at it. Memorize it. After meditation, analyze it. Having calmed down, start visualization. Visualize roots growing out of your feet, and you go into the ground with these roots. The roots go deeper and deeper into the ground. Strengthen yourself with them. Then visualize white or golden energy running through these roots to your body and filling you. That's it. Easy? I don't think so. When I first started meditating, even visually my roots would get stuck and couldn't penetrate the floor of my second floor apartment, and I live on the fifth floor.
Meditation. Get comfortable on your bed. Before you do this, turn off your phone, TV, and anything else that might distract you. It would be better if you were naked, even without jewelry. The temperature should be comfortable. If it is chilly, put on some roomy clothes. Start breathing calmly and letting go of all thoughts. Try to feel the warmth from your toes to the top of your head. Then start looking for the first chakra. Knowing its location, imagine a red glowing ball there and try to gently, carefully move it so that it becomes exactly in the center. Do you feel warmth? Or cold? What sensations come up? Perhaps you feel some kind of taste or pungent odor? Then visualize a red room. What do you see in it? Try to memorize it. Begin to visualize cleaning that room. Visualize putting everything in its place or scrubbing the walls and floors. Do a general cleanup in there. I assure you, already the second such meditation will give you a new vision.
You can choose any meditation that is closer to you. Perhaps you have a favorite.
Muladhara is our physical. Include morning exercises, at least the simplest children's exercises. Bending, squatting, rolling from heel to toe are obligatory. If you practice yoga, find on the Internet poses for this chakra.
Every day I consume herbal tea and drink vegetable smoothies based on intuitive knowledge. I am close to the knowledge that the herbs of muladhara are roots: dandelion root, ginger, elecampane, and strawberry leaves. I also add herbs related to the genitourinary system, as I believe these are interrelated.
You can use incense (e.g., ground roots) and aroma lamps during meditation.
And finally, a ritual to be performed on any of these seven days. Buy seeds of a plant that you personally associate with that chakra. Who has a good root system? I know you have mandrake seeds! It has a beautiful root, strong. Think about it. Also look at bulbous plants. On one of the seven days, plant the seeds, using it as a ritual. Add soil to the pot, put the seeds next to it, take paper and pencils. Write with full awareness, “I am safe. I am open to receiving and being energized by the powerful energy of the earth. I am a beloved child of the universe and I deserve love, peace and safety.” Burn the paper, mix the ashes with the soil in a pot and plant the seeds or bulbs. You are and will nurture, strengthen and nourish your chakra. You can then track by the plant whether your chakra is doing well. I got gnats on a plant in the ground last time, and I realized there was a problem.
To summarize: a week of fasting, meditations targeting this chakra, herbal teas, morning exercise and one ritual. It's not easy, although at first glance it seems doable. If you are ready, join in. You have until March 3 to think about the menu, choose seeds, choose a beautiful pot, learn the theory about the chakra, and go ahead and take action!
One last thing I'd like to add. I wouldn't want information from this magazine copied to different forums. You can write it out for yourself, use it personally, share it with friends, but don't copy it to other forums. This is my wish, and my intention is put into it!) Don't mess with the witch ha ha!) Magic loves the strong, and the determined, so I look forward to seeing you, join in!) This will be an exciting personal journey to your chakras.
