"darkness" is actually an illusion of perception, the entire universe is filled with light, as humans we see only a small spectrum and at certain narrow intensity, but the scientist will tell you that photonic energy is everywhere, even inside your dna

I must say, without being a social worker or psychologist, it's hard to come up with quality candle affirmations.
On viciouscirce' notes, it might not be a bad idea to embrace the messages within the dark either.
I guess put another way, what is a set of neutral deity affirmations, as there must be something besides and over ourselves, of which we share divinity with?
