it would not be difficult to exorcise an entire nation, however even though some nations like indonesia do blame the supernatural, with iran its the opposite case where they're being punished not by demons but by angels, given angels do complain about the religious and dont appreciate the threat they pose to those they protect. Reading through the pages of comments though, the real cause of the issue is not the supernatural but human choices and behaviour. demons do not involve themselves in human politics, but humans wanting things would ask them for it for example. Healers i know in indonesia talk about how some groups with strong traditional occult practices and spirits they use do stuff and theres also talk of being victims.
To me supernatural issues are easy to solve even on the national or global level. The main question is, what does the human want to choose? do they want to cooperate and strive to better their world or are they striving for themselves over others? The supernatural does not simply act in place of humans, they have to be asked instead. So the main question should be on humans choosing evil as they are not influenced by demons to do so.
This is why i dont simply involve myself with indonesia. with south america like brazil, it is not influenced by the supernatural but human greed. Once an evil leader is in power, things fall apart. Yemen is an example with so many starving and using ideology to fight despite their situation.
The real devil here isnt the demons people think are getting involved but religion. To me if a religion tells you to submit to god, or that you are a slave to god or that you have to do anything for god, then thats not god but devil. The evidence is by concept. No one talks about how some countries fight ideological battles because of religion when it turns out their god(s) are devils. This involvement though is not as direct as people think and again its something humans choose to and indoctrinate others to rather than be influenced by the supernatural directly. There arent dreams or voices for people to do this.
I agree with you, I hate religion but love working with the books of Ogdoadic Magick Tradition which is Grecoegyptian Magick, and for example you speak of Angels punishing humans, yes I have heard of this from a trusted person I know, I am possessed by what I think is an Astral Parasite, and this person has told me that is not a Demon but could be an angry Angel, I used to be a bad person, and it sticked to me that possessions are not always from Demons, there are plenty of spirits out there that can fuck your life up.
And about what you said that what would humans choose, good or bad? after I was attacked with what I think could be witchcraft I choose Hermetic Magick of Light, now I try to protect myself and my loved ones with Divine Light of the Creator, because I know evil is very real, specially in this country, whe are spiraling out of control into severe violence and is unstopable.
Have you considered embracing the magical or spiritual traditions of your country? Utilizing and understanding them? Our ancestry can have an influence on us, whether we choose it or not, and part of understanding yourself (something magically important) is understanding where you came from. The energies outside of yourself that influence your personal makeup.

About the ancient Magick tradition of pre hispanic Mexico no, I am a white mexican, for example my grandfather was Catalan on my mothers side and my great grand mother on my dads side was jewish Sicilian, so I never saw myself as a mexican, I have double nationality, I have mexican and spanish citizenship, so I grew up seeing myself as Castizo, now that I work with Greek Qabbalah many things of our language have become more clear, our days of the week in spanish are just Roman Gods, and speaking of which we in Mexico have lots of Roman Gods statues everywhere, so I identify with that Magical Current, the more I study about it, the more I like.
At least in my understanding it is, because religion is set of rituals and traditions that are practiced among the people regardless of their spirituality, Spirituality is personal interaction and experience and life with spiritual worlds.

I don't want to agree blindly with you. However you might see way more than I do and I don't see that much. But I do sense changes in what could be called timeline. Some power or powers do manipulate fate of humanity and they are not against us. I don't know more but I do sense this myself. Who or what these powers are I don't know.

As for the prison planet theory its only half wrong. Theres a reason for this which relates to human history and adam and eve but its not what religions say and humans didnt come from only 2 humans. What makes this world seem like a prison protects its inhabitants otherwise humans would've been wiped out long ago by others. At the same time humans are punished for the abuse of their power, something that i see often.
The changes you see, i know some angels humans dont know that can do high level things, from creation to fate. However that direction is more so on what the angel does or protects rather than for the sake of humans. When you compare the local deities or gods, they are no match and the difference is huge that not even the local gods can sense these angels. I mean one of them gave samael and a large goetia army a good defeat without using energy. They thought him vulnerable, as they couldnt feel his power and ended up losing badly even with weapons that could kill angels which is how samael fell, he killed his seraphim brethen.

angels punish humans but not with parasitic ways. Angels use subtle ways because what i mentioned above the "prison" world protects humans against very powerful beings so angels cant simply come and do things as they like, but they are also not so rude as to use such methods either. Angels will move events and things to put you in the right place at the right time, so their way of punishing someone isnt to drain them, but to move things around their life.
It is important to understand that there are many pretenders to angels and there is a for sure way of verifying them here which is to ask them for a purification. Only few beings can do a purification but other than angels the rest arent nearby and will never be contactable or involved with humans, nor even if they did come across humans would do so as they're more likely to destroy humans instead. Purification requires a lot of power and can be thought as not only a removal of 3rd party influence but to restore to original condition. I've casted it before on someone as part of exorcising them and they mentioned it heals them (restore to original condition), gave them their strength back and weakend the invading parasite. I use this as a basis rather than banishing rituals as it is far more effective but is something humans, demons and more cannot cast because of its massive requirements of needing a lot of power. Angels have very pure energy, so pure that it feels like it would destroy anything it touches. If an angel were to directly act, than its really bad.
Humans are the ones that choose things, and it always comes with consequences. demons and angels do not dictate the direction of humans and it is humans that invokes beings (like with rituals). One example of this is prayer for something. For example for some years now billions of muslims pray for the destruction of israel or defeat of the jews, this did catch the attention of an angel that disposed of their deity making their prayers ineffective. Like with any regular being, humans can choose good or evil actions and what humans think as good or evil is often blurred. Many "good" people accuse other good people of being evil and instead do evil acts in the name of good. This is why i hate religion, it makes the situation worse. Aside from societal definitions good and evil here meaning harm to another both directly and indirectly.
With your practice, its not the same power angels use. Their "divine light" looks like a colourful light that is so pure it destroys everything it touches. Its also important to becareful because light is easily mistaken, as lucifer is well known to master light and use it to trick people making people think he is divine. There are actual occult tutorials and videos that teach angel magick with lucifer as the centerpoint but if you see and know more about angels you'd know how bs this is and why i hate the reddit angel practitioners subs. This is why it is very important to verify. With angels humans are lucky as there arent other beings around who can perform a purification so its easy to verify that way. Similarly if you want to confirm your god, they should be capable of this if they truely are above angels.
