[Opinion] Doing work in the astral vs imaginative visualization

Funny I stumbled upon this thread looking for something else, because that's the same thing I'm wondering lately. I've heard an opinion that you need to double-check your visions by divination. So for starters one might ask a deck of tarot "did it really happen or I just imagined it?"
I personally also tend to agree that anything you didn't mean to imagine is communication from the outside, but still - recheck.

There were times where I would visualize myself Out of my Body. I would go places and things. However, it is just visualization not the actual OBE.

I can tell the difference because I can still feel myself in my body.
