Folk who has done genuine shadow work, what did you do?

Genuine shadow work is the path of the true occultist. All of these forces you conjure up are actually within you anyway. Shadow work is owning them from their essence to projection and then seeing how they influence that which is unchanging and your true essence. The end result is you remain really calm as there are no more ripples possible in your pond of consciousness after you've sailed into the eye of the storm.

Then you no longer need any rituals etc as its the same as deciding to walk, talk, draw etc... Natural abilities aka the way of the shaman.
