I've edited the title of your thread as it gives neither the author nor the full title of the book. Read the Book Request Rules:

Give as many details as possible, including accurate title, author, publisher, edition/volume, and if possible, add an image
...
The request must reasonably be able to be fulfilled (don't ask for super rare books that are not digitized and obviously no one has access to them)

Not only is the book published by a small special-interest fringe publisher, it's also a limited edition (111 copies? are you kidding?)
