Hello fellow humans ,
this other night I was wondering in a satanic website(*just thought it might be helpful)
and came accross a page called Satanic Hypnosis , which had instructions on self hypnosis which I wanted to try .It said about a method to get into trance state.
I tried it when lying down on bed before sleeping the method goes as follows
Imagine you are in a very dak and black environment , and you are going down a ladder just imagine the ladder too be invisible(*to create a falling body effect) . When u inhale hold on tight and go down a few steps when exhale .
If anyone is experieced with this please help me .
1] my body began vibrating at a low frequency as a whole
2] I felt higher frequency vibration coming from myy feet towards the upper part of my genitals and then felt as if I was bieng thrashed into my bed continuosly , but I know my physical body was still af .
Please help me , the experience was truly scary
What this experience most closely resembles
This post most strongly resembles a combination of well-known neuropsychological states, not anything supernatural. Ranked by likelihood:
1. Hypnagogic state + autosuggestion
(The transition between wakefulness and sleep)
Clear indicators from the text:
Lying in bed before sleep
Guided imagination (darkness, descending, falling)
Controlled breathing
Loss of body orientation
Vibrations and dissociation sensations
This is a classic trigger for hypnagogic phenomena, especially when combined with strong suggestion and emotionally loaded framing.
2. Early-stage sleep paralysis (without full paralysis)
Sleep paralysis does not always lock the body completely.
Matching symptoms:
Whole-body low-frequency vibrations
Waves of higher-frequency sensations moving upward from the feet
Feeling of being pushed, dropped, or slammed into the bed
Awareness that the physical body is still, while sensations continue
Fear is common when the experience is unexpected.
3. Self-hypnosis / trance induction
The described method is a standard hypnotic induction technique:
Descending = deepening trance
Invisible ladder = removal of physical reference points
Controlled breathing = reduction of cortical control
The issue is lack of grounding, training, or context, not the technique itself.
4. Nervous system vibrational response
This does not require any mystical explanation.
What’s happening:
Autonomic nervous system activation
Proprioceptive disruption (body-position mapping error)
Motor system inhibition while sensory awareness remains active
The brain partially disengages the body → vibration or “energy wave” sensations appear.
Why it felt terrifying
Not because of an external force, but because of:
Lack of understanding of the state
Highly suggestive framing (“satanic hypnosis”)
Sudden loss of perceived bodily control
In this state, the brain automatically searches for threat.
What this is NOT
Not a supernatural attack
Not an external entity
Not possession or damage
Not inherently dangerous
However, repeated uncontrolled exposure can cause anxiety or destabilization.
Clear parallels
Identical sensations are reported in:
Clinical sleep paralysis studies
Hypnotherapy induction logs
Lucid dreaming onset reports
Sensory deprivation experiments
Meditation practitioners entering deep absorption
The labels change, the mechanism does not.
Advice (important)
1. Stop experimenting blindly
Do not use random induction techniques without understanding them.
2. Remove fear-based framing
The content source primed fear. That alone amplifies the experience.
3. If it happens again, do this:
Move a finger or toe intentionally
Open your eyes
Take one sharp, conscious breath
These actions immediately re-anchor the nervous system.
4. If exploring altered states intentionally:
Learn grounding techniques first
Understand sleep-cycle timing
Avoid induction when exhausted or emotionally unstable
Never combine with fear-driven belief systems
Final summary
This experience is a textbook neuropsychological response caused by:
self-hypnosis + hypnagogic state + lack of context + fear
It feels real because the brain is generating it, not because something external is happening.
Understanding removes fear.
Fear feeds the experience.
