Hello fellow humans ,
this other night I was wondering in a satanic website(*just thought it might be helpful)
and came accross a page called Satanic Hypnosis , which had instructions on self hypnosis which I wanted to try .It said about a method to get into trance state.
I tried it when lying down on bed before sleeping the method goes as follows
Imagine you are in a very dak and black environment , and you are going down a ladder just imagine the ladder too be invisible(*to create a falling body effect) . When u inhale hold on tight and go down a few steps when exhale .

If anyone is experieced with this please help me .
1] my body began vibrating at a low frequency as a whole
2] I felt higher frequency vibration coming from myy feet towards the upper part of my genitals and then felt as if I was bieng thrashed into my bed continuosly , but I know my physical body was still af .

Please help me , the experience was truly scary

My understanding of self-hypnosis doesn't go deep. but it is done barely in alpha state, not deeper, because you need to be still quite yourself when doing self-hypnosis. It is just state of relaxation like when thinking about something, but you are still fully aware. so it is just relax yourself to comfort and then do the imagination.

What you describe is not self hypnosis tutorial and the way your being reacts confirms it. What you describe is interesting alternative tutorial for astral traveling. And the vibration you felt is your soul getting ready to leave the body. The falling effect can indeed appear, same as when you are falling asleep. same effect, but when you take more of yourself with you, the effect is more intense, that is why you felt it. I know that feeling well and I find it very unpleasant. But it is actualy natural effect that can lead to getting out of body for a moment or few.

So things considered, maybe you should look for tutorials on some other page. What do you want to achieve with self-hypnosis anyway? Wanting to get rid of addiction? It is used to reprogram your mind.

Astral Travel , hmmm , intresting ,I never went into it though , will begin on it ig. Yh now I see thats why I felt still and unstill both at the same time.
Well yh u can say I want to reprogram my mind , like there is a lot of things ik I must change about me before I begin occult processes . I have read that in occult processes whatever is in you (both good and bad mentally) can be amplified ,and I dont what the bad side to be amplified

What this experience most closely resembles
This post most strongly resembles a combination of well-known neuropsychological states, not anything supernatural. Ranked by likelihood:
1. Hypnagogic state + autosuggestion
(The transition between wakefulness and sleep)
Clear indicators from the text:
Lying in bed before sleep
Guided imagination (darkness, descending, falling)
Controlled breathing
Loss of body orientation
Vibrations and dissociation sensations
This is a classic trigger for hypnagogic phenomena, especially when combined with strong suggestion and emotionally loaded framing.
2. Early-stage sleep paralysis (without full paralysis)
Sleep paralysis does not always lock the body completely.
Matching symptoms:
Whole-body low-frequency vibrations
Waves of higher-frequency sensations moving upward from the feet
Feeling of being pushed, dropped, or slammed into the bed
Awareness that the physical body is still, while sensations continue
Fear is common when the experience is unexpected.
3. Self-hypnosis / trance induction
The described method is a standard hypnotic induction technique:
Descending = deepening trance
Invisible ladder = removal of physical reference points
Controlled breathing = reduction of cortical control
The issue is lack of grounding, training, or context, not the technique itself.
4. Nervous system vibrational response
This does not require any mystical explanation.
What’s happening:
Autonomic nervous system activation
Proprioceptive disruption (body-position mapping error)
Motor system inhibition while sensory awareness remains active
The brain partially disengages the body → vibration or “energy wave” sensations appear.
Why it felt terrifying
Not because of an external force, but because of:
Lack of understanding of the state
Highly suggestive framing (“satanic hypnosis”)
Sudden loss of perceived bodily control
In this state, the brain automatically searches for threat.
What this is NOT
Not a supernatural attack
Not an external entity
Not possession or damage
Not inherently dangerous
However, repeated uncontrolled exposure can cause anxiety or destabilization.
Clear parallels
Identical sensations are reported in:
Clinical sleep paralysis studies
Hypnotherapy induction logs
Lucid dreaming onset reports
Sensory deprivation experiments
Meditation practitioners entering deep absorption
The labels change, the mechanism does not.
Advice (important)
1. Stop experimenting blindly
Do not use random induction techniques without understanding them.
2. Remove fear-based framing
The content source primed fear. That alone amplifies the experience.
3. If it happens again, do this:
Move a finger or toe intentionally
Open your eyes
Take one sharp, conscious breath
These actions immediately re-anchor the nervous system.
4. If exploring altered states intentionally:
Learn grounding techniques first
Understand sleep-cycle timing
Avoid induction when exhausted or emotionally unstable
Never combine with fear-driven belief systems
Final summary
This experience is a textbook neuropsychological response caused by:
self-hypnosis + hypnagogic state + lack of context + fear
It feels real because the brain is generating it, not because something external is happening.
Understanding removes fear.
Fear feeds the experience.

This is a normal part of hypnosis and hypnagogia. Its just a part of the transition. Theres nothing else to it it means it was working. Youre supposed to let it overtake you in order to get into a lucid trance state.
Yh I tried to let it grow on me but I felt painful heart beats , I mean I aldready do have a bit of cholestrol situation so my breath is hard sometimes but I could really feel the pain in each breath . and I quitted when the tingly reached abdomen

What is satanic about that??
Umm , yh the actual process of falling into the trance was not satanic but a transcript of a book , the website had said , and its applications were dark ,like using to suck up other people's life force or contacting demons for pacts and stuff .

Sounds super edgy. Those satanic, new age or whatever sites are just full of edgelordism and Crowley cock sucking. Don't even touch with a pole lol though this site isn't much better but has a few gems here and there

Do not trust to any website or documents available in the net.
Do not worry you are OK, you just need to use to it  or do not do it again
you did well to come to WF and asked, a lot of good practitioners in WF which they can help you.

Well I forgot to add a point , which was like if you know any process which is similar to the one I have described here , then please guide me , cause it was intresting and terrifying at the same time

What you described is a transition between immaterial spiritual realms. The realm immediately proximal to this one is a realm of nearly infinite nothingness. If the exercise became uncomfortable and scary I wouldn't recommend repeating it. There's other ways. Something like this would be beneficial for those whose personality appreciates it.

Imagine you are in a very dak and black environment , and you are going down a ladder just imagine the ladder too be invisible(*to create a falling body effect) . When u inhale hold on tight and go down a few steps when exhale .

Using kabalistic jargon, the realms involved here are:
  • "Assiyah" - the material world, here-and-now, the realm of making-and-doing
  • "Ein" - nearly infinite nothingness, literally meaning "without", the realm of nearly infinite negations
  • "Ein-Soph" - nearly infinite everything, literally meaning "without ending", the realm of nearly infinite creations
The visualization intends to expand the aspirant's awareness to include the realm of Ein-Soph. It's one way to describe "the-heavens", the immaterial spiritual realms.

Assiyah >>> Ein >>> Ein-Soph

Self hypnosis for everything you can image is on Youtube. Quitting smoking, being taller, getting over fear, getting rich -- really, there are examples there. And yes, really, there are self-hypnosis videos to grow taller. More than a few.

Find something like how to protect yourself psychically and do one of those. Do one about being loved and warm and happy and healthy. You'll be fine.
