Yes. A shortened Berhatiyah works as preparation and defense. I have recently been using only the Basmala 19 times as per the instruction of Al-Buni in the Shams al-Maarif with the Berhatiyah names placed around a magic circle instead of the recitation of them.

Once you do that you move into the procedure conjuring the sphere and djinn slowly until you petition them to bring you the djinn that you want knowledge and conversation with. Sometimes dependent on the session it can last 2 hours if the djinn is really talkative. I think the shortest sessions I have last an hour from start to finish.

As for reading materials its in the grimoires I listed but isnt. Its in between the lines. The procedure i related to you was given to me through intimate knowledge of the tomes I listed and the djinn themselves.
It would be awesome if there was a visual tutorial, or maybe a video that shows it step by step. I'm more of a visual learner, so these books with mostly just words in them take time for me to grasp.

Just to get a better understanding, you recite bismillah ar rahman ar rahim 19x. Then you put the Berhatiyah names palced around a mgic circle. (is it possible for you to show an image of the circle and layout?). And when you move on to cojuring the sphere, how do you do that? Also, do you have to specifically know a djinn to call them, or is it possible to talk to your Qareen, or to any Jinn nearby? Can you see them, or is it non-visual?

I'm looking at the list you gave me, the hierarchy of things to do, and I'm wondering if there's a youtube video, or some visual tutorial, for people who are more visual learners.
