It's the ritualist and not the ritual that counts. A proficient magical ritualist would just conjure one of the three or four spirits he/she routinely works with by any method of his/her choosing and simply ask it, or even more informally question his/her HGA about what's going on. Such experienced practitioners have no need of outside occult counsel, they write their own rituals.
If you have not finished your groundwork (meditation, visualisation, shadow work, etc.) or don't have a natural talent for magic, all the barbarous names, wands and incense in the world will do you no good. Reading some mystical words of power in a book and actually declaiming them so that your hair stands on end (and a theoretical observer will get goosebumps) is quite another matter - I know because as a beginner, I've been trying the same ancient ritual for half a year now and am just beginning to feel something (very faintly) while seasoned ritualists have reported all kinds of visions and miracles they have derived from it, and prodigies with an inborn gift were simply blown away when performing it for the first time (or so I've read).
Any angel or demon can answer your question; if you know how to contact them, you don't need us for ritual advice. Likewise, if you're good at any of the numerous divination methods that exist, you don't need us either. If you
do need outside help, get a spiritual teacher/master like @Galahad suggested or somebody specialising in tarot readings or another form of divination.
Ritual instructions will be of zero use if you don't have the skills to use them, it's as simple as that. Working on those skills alone may improve your situation, so better start now, and you may see things more clearer just by exercising on a daily basis.

Here's a thought though: Read
Damon Brand's "Archangels of Magick" and petition Raphael who is known as the Celestial Physician. Take your time to build relationship with him, and by all means memorize those words of power and learn how to speak them with passion and conviction.
