I read the Four Agreements so much now. That book really helped me be the greatest version of myself I can be.

Outside with LTCs book, Kraigs book, and my dream and ritual diaries. Going to start my grimoires here. Have seal of Michael and table of Sol, incantation diaries as well. Going through correspondences and will master kabballistic initiations.

THOUGHTS:
Since I took a month off of practice, my visualization dropped significantly, right after a breakthrough where visualization had been so powerful it was difficult to see when I opened my eyes.
I also noted today that simultaneously, I also dropped Alexander Technique and Chi Gong practice in the same month.
I did, however, bring back my diaries, colored construction paper, and seals and tables. Also old notes from To Shin Do, aka Quest Martial Arts handouts with kata steps.
It then occurred to me that I could use that as exercise, training and energy work in one fell swoop.
Will shortly be showering (cleansing bath ritual sorta), changing clothes, and doing Zelator Formula. Will note specifics while in ZF. Temp, emotion, hour in which done, what worked, what did not. Etc.
Will note what katas were done, even fundamental cross punches and cross kicks. These would be in a way, roman shoulders and mountain climbers.
Currently going over kabballistic correspondences to effectively work on Body in Assiah from Malkuth to Kether.
When my visualization and memory of it improve, will do unicursal hexagrams and Liber Resh Vel Helios daily, also Body in Assiah from Malkuth to Kether and Malkuth to Kether in the idea of the subtree within the sephiroth. Egads! That means twenty trees!

Reading Kraig and LTCs books today, updating my ritual diary.
Did a kidney healing visualization on my uncle, who is in the hospital. I found out later it is for pneumonia, so will do one on his lungs.
As I cursed the darkness with biblically and apophrically correct thoughts, a crow flew into a tree in front of me, stared at me, flew to the rood to my right and stared at me, flew across the street and loudly cawed, attracting his friends. I went inside, and proceeded to do my Zelator Formula.
Skipped Body Awareness and Relaxation Rituals, as well as Body in Assiah Ritual. Strongly visualized QC Ritual. Strongly visualized IOB of the Crows during LBRP, strongly visualized pentagrams and six rayed star of blue and red. Less strong final QC visualization. LBRH Saturn was strong. Invoking the Four Powers of Earth was strong. Rest were meh, need work. Strong vocalization and vibration however. Finished up with Adorations, in all quarters as well as Adoration to the Lord of the Universe in East, West, and East. Shaky during middle pillar ritual, but strong vibration.
