Oh I am not like a noob noob, I have practice in few dojos and training centers, but now a day I am just not in the mood to actually go to one, I am older as well that means I am more lazy, but at least I take care of my health, and I practice the Chi Gong now because Golden Dawn Magicians where talking about it in a website, and one of them recommended me Golden Dawn Magick and it changed my life for good, so I dont stop my physical training, I just finished reading 2 Aurum Solis books and they keep reminding readers to work out physically, so I like Chi Gong because you can focus on slow breathing, deep inhales&exhales and is good for my Magick practice, I smoked tobacco for more than 25 years and cannabis for more than 15 years, so I am slowly building up my body and as Damian Echols explains the energy we use most is Oxigen, we do it all day.

Whatever you do, the main thing is practising regularly and consistently. I think it would be beneficial to acquire some 'hard ki' as well by working up a good sweat and not just focussing on Qi Gong and breathing exclusively but ultimately it's your decision.

I have practiced Shaolin kung fu. They know magic for real. And I know. It is not just a myth. But where are these teachers, right?! You wouldn't find them, they'll find you. If you only knew what is possible.. They do not teach selfish people. There's no one stronger really, everybody has their own strenght somewhere else. I took the swordsman path, learned later it was the most painful one, cold and the least at peace. The ultimate destroyer. Your only advantage is you can defeat the strongest demons that others cannot. Destroy the greatest darkness that others cannot. That is the real Shaolin symbole:⚡the light warriors. They only teach disciplined people who care. It doesn't matter if you're strong in the beginning or not. You have to be a worthy character. Most people are not. I give an example here. Not meant to offend anyone. They won't bother teaching somebody who is saying he's there at 9 in the morning and in reality only arrives at 11 or something with excuses. Or somebody who's dancing and drinking all night in a dancing club, smokes all day, does his daily work and doesn't do anything special for the world. There may be some popular Shaolin monks that actually know this but wouldn't say. They don't bother with arrogant and ignorant people who are convinced that only what mainstream science say is true.
But I still wouldn't exactly call myself a legit Shaolin monk. I mean dunno, I did have contact. But it's complicated. I do have the wisdom, strenght and character. But.. or I haven't learned everything yet. But I'm close. Yes the one thing the negative thinking I haven't quite mastered yet not to do.

Very nice, I started with Japanese martial arts but it was lately that I had a hong kong girlfriend and I starting taking more interest in Cantonese culture, went out to eat a lot of asian food when I was with her and few years later I decided I wanted to be strong because I was a cannabis smoker, so I did not wanted to partake in a gym/dojo so I was thinking to myself well, Kung fu is a very known art, maybe I just search online and I did and have gathered knowledge to dicipline myself and to Chi Gong/Kung Fu.

I have also trained Muay Thai and Tae Kwon Do, so I totally like eastern arts.
