Declined Request Medical Astrology by Judith Hill

I am interested in the many books judith hill has produced about medical astrology. It seems that while amazon doesn't currently offer kindle versions (at least not in australia) it seems from researching it that there were some english kindle versions offered at some point so hopefully it would be possible to find digital versions of these to share.
