Hello guys, this post may seem a little scattered so I apologize. I am looking for the most streamlined advice.
I recently got into Tarot a few months ago as a way to deepen my spirituality and self reflection, and honestly as a hobby. I've really embraced it and connected with it, and naturally with exploration through symbolism, recently getting into Thoth after learning the RW system, etc, it has led me down the path of being interested in witchcraft.
Initially, I got books on Wicca from the library and soon realized that is not what I was connecting with. Then, I was looking into various spellbooks but I don't really resonate with the herb magic/ingredient heavy/fairytale type vibe I was getting from those.
My journey has led me to learn about sigils and chaos magick, which the concept of both immediately resonated with me. I have a sigil tattooed on my hand I designed last year, before I even knew what a sigil was! (It's a symbol I designed combining the symbols of mercury, phosphorous, antimony, arsenic, and sulfur).
Glamour magick and candle magick also resonate with me, and I've self designed a ritual that I am going to do with a protection sigil and some candles I have - I have an altar with crystals I've collected and various other things.
I'm a very practical and pragmatic person, and a lot of the readings I have found on chaos magick/sigils aren't really as straight forward for me.
Basically I am looking for recommendations on chaos magick/glamour magick books that will give me a direct, clear idea on how to best navigate and learn about these practices? I did just read and finish Sigil Witchery by Laura Tempest Zakroff and loved it. I have PDFs for Condensed Chaos, Advanced Magick for Beginners, Six Ways by Aidan Wachter, but I was wondering (based on the scattered info I've shared) what other books/occultists/practices may resonate with me, that I am able to understand?I find a lot of the stuff I read to be lofty and hard to pin down in my mind.
