Transgender & Chaos Magick

If you are an adult, you are doing it to your own body and you are paying for it yourself then fine. And as I said before you'd be surprised (or disappointed) how little anyone cares about what an adult to his or her own body.

Have you ever lived in the truly fascist USA? Where at least 1/2 of the society want to control what you do with your body? And where they export their oppression to African countries? Even in a major democracy in Europe I encountered true homophobia once (admittedly from an older teen on the street who wanted to dominate a boy from his neighborhood) and they are also experiencing a rise in homophobia now, after being on the forefront of LGBTQ liberation.

Yeah I'd have to agree to that point. Tolerance is not something that can be taken for granted. It's something that naturally shifts with the culture and the ruling class at the time and there's a shift going rightwards in general in several countries, mine included. I'd be like saying that there hasn't been a rise in discrimination against foreigners in the US given all the Trump administration's views and propaganda on the subject and the weaponization of ICE. It doesn't matter if the default position of most people on an issue can be considered reasonable when there's active interest and action to shift those positions to either side from those who have influence.

I would love if people didn't care. I would love if no one cared and made no big drama on it. As others have already pointed out they don't. People love posing judgements, harsh words, and even making existing not legal for trans people.

This is the big lie of the oppressor. That they don't care. Its also the lie that abusive relationships posit that the other person doesn't care but if they didn't care they would just leave instead of harassing the other person. Its a lie that I know is a lie.

But if they truly didn't care then the risk of violence wouldn't increase for trans people. If people didn't care then why does it affect finding a job? Why does it affect how people are treated in society.

It would be amazing if people didn't care. I hope everyday that people stop caring and let trans people exist instead of harassing them, denying them a job, glaring at them, and denying them service.

Maybe one day they will but first it has to be addressed how people do and how they really should just mind their own business.

If anyone wants to talk about how trans people constantly get killed by schoolchildren or deported by ICE or misgendered to death etc then make a different thread about that. This one is about transgenderism in relation to (chaos) Magick.

Okay apologies for derailing the thread. I'm sorry I think I went a bit too far.

I thinknthe new thread idea is good but I guess to avoid this in the future here's my idea.

The new thread about transgender people getting targetted against could be made and also a lot of other ones.

This thread in particular seems to be get derailed a lot so my idea is if anyone doesn't believe trans people exist or anything else political about trans people make a new thread.

Debate that over to another thread because this thread is specifically for trans people to talk about their expierence with chaos magick. Not about whether or not they exist or all the current political stuff going on right now.

This way this thread doesn't get derailed further and instead it can go over to another thread. I had another idea about a thread about gender and magick relating together too because this thread is specifically for trans people due to the title.

So another thread idea about people talking about their relationship to gender and magick since I'm betting not trans people might have some thoughts on that as well. I mean the Taoist belief of yin and yang exist so yeah.

Sorry again I might have lost my cool there but here's my ideas to help not derail the thread further and avoid the same issues that persist from looking back even this threads creations.
