I think the true sign of one type of adept is actually calling someone stupid but only they understand that as you calling them stupid.
No one else thinks that. In fact some people might take it as a compliment. That level of insult one you cannot even show disdain for or would seem not appreciated. That that is targeted. I've only met one person at the level and it was horrifying but also incredible.
They were one type of adept I did not want to mess with. They won. I have never seen anything like before or after.
