I have seen this one on an instagram reel, you take one bag of chips, crush them, then you add cheese and eggs in it, boil it after mixing them. Yeah its likely hazardous but damn its tasty.

For drinks, mixture of yoghurt, milk and sparkling water. Basically its sparkling ayran.

Boiled noodles in some salty brown local sauce that looks like a Pampers-payload, with lots of garlic pickled in vinegar.

I use to eat that well about 10 years ago...lol

I made a very similar Greek Yogurt mix but I used Chocolate Protein Powder and Stevia mixed in and man it was so good. It tasted really close to Chocolate Mousse but was just straight Protein and a few carbs and really low in calories.

  • Spaghetti Bolognese ReadyMeal (yes for breakfast)
  • Protein Yoghurt with crunchy things on top
  • Salad: Peach, chicken, walnuts, goats cheese, greens
  • Square of honey-soy tofu

Could be worse for a diet consisting solely of things you don't have to cook

Could be better though: that's like, 2 serves of veggies at a stretch?

Nice to know that there’s a thread here just for making people hungry, let me contribute:
Boiled peas, spinach, fried egg for breakfast
Cheese (or as close as it gets in China) on rice for lunch
Fish and stir-fried lotus roots for dinner.
