What do you feel energy as?

It depends. It can be like cold touching warmth of the skin, like a ghost. A certain kind of 'displacement' in the air. One that contains a certain 'buzz' or electrical sensation. Sometimes it can be pure weight on the body during a working. Buzzing or heat in the chakras, especially the Third Eye and Sacral. Sometimes you get horny. Other times the sensation of heat in the atmosphere. And sometimes there is just that 'feeling' of being watched.
Energy can affect other senses and external things that I won't include, as it's a bit off topic. But feelings of anxiety can happen if it's quite an intense working. Typically if it's a stronger presence, or the energy and I don't mesh together, if that makes sense.

Great variations depending on what work I'm doing, and what the energy is that I attempt to call upon slash invoke/evoke.

Mostly colored flows of air current. There is this book on "urban shamanism" by an Hawaiian author Serge Kahili King that i read almost a decade ago and teaches this practice of visualization and energy manipulation of your surroundings to achieve a plethora of mental states and effects, it stuck with me and i tend to see it like that to this day

I’m still at an early stage, but for me it’s usually very subtle.

The closest I can describe it is a kind of tingling or light pressure, especially in my hands when I focus. Sometimes it feels more like a shift in awareness rather than a physical sensation.

I’ve also noticed that if I try too hard to “feel something,” it becomes harder, so I’m trying to approach it more calmly and consistently instead of forcing it.

I’m curious how long it took others before the sensations became clearer or more consistent.
