Working with shadow people

I was curious, and wondering if anyone has experience with working with shadow people? Specifically, in my mind I'm thinking about the Shadownomicon: Grimoire of the Shadow People book by D.H. Thorne.

I can not say I've read that book, but every night before I commit to dozing off, I loosen my sight in my space and see what the beings are up to. Outside of telepathy, synchronicity or clairvoyance modalities, shadows on surfaces is the main way the beings I interact with manifest. I have to admit I don't understand a lot of the finer interaction parts between their and my energy systems, but i do want to mention that if you regullarly draw in and work with darker and denser energy, the beings can manifest as real as taking up space and holding very visible 3d form. Feeling the consciousness of the being that did so and their interactions with the other beings in the space, them eventually merging with my energy body and the light up of pleasure and like hugging between us was a absolute treat of a experience.

Just remember you're interacting with real beings/consciousnesses.

Bit late to the party here but that sounds amazing to have experienced.

OP I might check that book out too. I've been drawn to shadow beings for a long time.

I even had one sleep paralysis experience where one gave me a clown balloon? And I laughed my ass off and woke up. I have my theories on what was going on.

I haven't deliberately worked with the shadow people, but they have been coming around every year around the anniversary of a careless evocation & opening of an astral portal of sorts. I'll make sure to check out that book; it's very difficult to find credible information on shadow people in my experience.

This description of their ability to manifest within shadows and shapes physically extent gives me flashbacks to some of the crazy shit I saw on shrooms several times, and how entities seemed to become substantially more cohesive in dark silhouettes than by just staring into a dark empty space. These were not pleasant experiences though mind you, and I got only a sense of hostility from such beings. I have not attempted this type of thing sober so perhaps that would change the nature of the experience. Or maybe my geographical location just happens to be infested with some very nasty shadow critters and there are nicer neighborhoods out there lol.
