Is The Tarot Predictive?

As my standard way to go, I prefer to ask my questions (and for any querent to ask theirs, for that matter) as "What is the best course of action to achieve my desired outcome?", I find that asking about the future tends to act like a self-inflicted curse if the cards are less than positive. Besides, I prefer to think of the future as non-fixed in general.

I believe that tarot reveals what is already energetically manifested; however, everything is constantly changing, nothing is permanent.

I have had good and accurate results with divinations using both runes and tarot.
Just remember cast long divine short. You can't expect any other rituals or magic you are attempting to influence the future if it is all preconceived!

The idea is that every path is preconceived, but which paths you take are not.
