It is slowly dawning on me, that I ask way too many questions, especially those with no former searching or research provided from my part. My apologies, will try to do so.
Maybe as well its part of the learning process for an Outer Order student, maybe I need to forget anything but what at the time Im undertaking.
Or, it could be that Adepts and Maguses are busy with their own affairs, and common sense approached might be helpful.
Example: How do I contact angels of any kind, commune and fellowship with them, evoking/invoking God for the same purpose.
Why not just pray, read the Bible and go to a Church suitable for your current growth as a denomination (not too much is different among denominations in creeds or statements of belief).

So, perhaps shush myself with a sign of silence, and do some reading and research along with practicing logical sequences of steps of a ritual based on energy management and redirection.

Sleep: 8 hours, broken, but needed.
Dreams: None, not that I did not choose to recall, I am wondering if medication tampers with the dreaming.
Medications: Keppra, Zoloft, Seroquel, Abilify
Diet: Ate sweet and sour meatballs, veggies, pizza.
Exercise: Some walking.

Mental Notes: No more days off, no matter if I have malaria, I go to work anyway. Im sick of being broke and behind in bills and have a plan, not that its foolproof, eirtight or whatnot, but its a plan; there is none and cannot have a plan B. Neighbor who is schizoaffective as well and a bit not all there, received Christophers book. I told him to follow it to the letter, and that both he and I will need to enter therapy due to the nature of the work, and because the book tells us to do so as well. I told him then his next book should be The Golden Dawn by Israel Regardie.
Physical Notes: Chronic cough for over a week now, dull chest pain, congested cough, have to force coughs to free mucous. Seems possible Bronchitis.

Adorations: Missed Midnight adoration, so I start there. Can do adorations in 1 hour blocks, as I have to leave for work in four hours. Will do Midnight and Morning adorations now, and afternoon before I leave.

Plan:
Listening to high vibration (happiness) music at the moment. Doing so to shake off hip hop and dark metal music that are my usual listen.
Gospel a close second choice. Gospel won out as the playlist owner had mantra crap and new thought crap interrupting happy music.
Help Me Jesus ... great old Gospel song sung by a female quartet and an upbeat R&B guitar, has to be from the 40s to 60s.
As soon as kitty and I are relaxed, we begin evening adorations and rituals.
Prayers for attuning to his angels, including their psalms invocation. If I invoke all 72, then so be it.
An even better choice is to invoke the angels of my birth chart that hold planets, and ask them how to keep positive energy connections to them, and ask the ones owning the empty houses how to fill them with energy so that they aren't negative or imbalanced.
I think what I will do is follow Are Angelorum on this, as well as a planetary magic or zodiacal magic book on becoming proficient in use of the Hexagram Rituals. The Golden Dawn will be my subject expert as they are the creator of it.

Did Zelator Formula with the mounted Earth Watchtower, and feels different, a feeling of life and more.
Did adorations after that.
So, think reading is in order now that the work has been done.
Think I will do another Middle Pillar, for at least a half hour - and then active meditation on a picture, phrase or vision for a half hour as well.
Then reading: Kaballah, Magic and the Great Work of Self Transformation: Modern Magick, Golden Dawn material, Mystical Qabalah.
See where Im going with this lineup? Qabalah Review Time, then practical and unwritten qabalah search while I start other neophyte-earth activity - Qabalah, Planets, Houses, Alchemy, Geomancy. Diagrams, tools and essays still have to be done.
Followed by a thirty day activity of sorts per the book. Once I have done all this and taken steps to resolve earth issues in my life, I may be able to progress to Theoricus/Air. Then its hardcore astrology, thought control, and Theoricus formula. Air Watchtower and tools.

Thinking at the moment about my alter and circle. Need to pick up a small set of paper clasps, to secure the belts as a circle, not to mention to write in some form or fashion, Hebrew letters on paper, then clasped around the belt. Hurrah! A magic circle exists.
An altar exists. On to are seated five vessels of water, four in varied color clay cups, one silver cup.
Ive create candle holders for small but tall candles, and thinking about the colors and number.
I wonder if the manifestation would increase through a decagram, five candles and five water cups.
Three gateways - flame, blood and water.
There are however two pillars that can also be used. Boaz and Joachim, our black and white pillars may represent these two historical pillars.

Happy Wednesday

Reading Christopher carefully last night, even though it was five pages worth, it spoke strongly about the ruling eo fthe Sphinx (one of four) - silence. Not to discuss any current spiritual work, not even in thought.

So there it is. How it impacts my journal, and to make this more professional, I will state what Ive done in my journal entries, will still have the archangel invocation and the shem angel of the day, as these are daily practice for me as we'll due to the nature of the path I am on, and the current grade I am in. Normal things of little importance (except to the rare prick out there knowing my distaste for certain things) like weather, diet, etc. Plans, goals, magic goal especially, these will fall under the rule/law of silence as will any current workings. I will try to keep mental chatter to a minimum, however, when certain exercises are done, chatter is to be recorded, so you may see a small rollercoaster pattern in full forewarning/disclosure. Other things like card of the day, some tarot spreads (working through Josephines book), Christpophers books Formula (such as Neophyte Formula, Zelator Formula, Theoricus Formula, etc) will also be recorded as a statement of accountability. Likewise, any failure to do ANY work must also be recorded and dealt with accordingly, not to linger.

How am I accountable for things I dont discuss? Thats up to me and higher contacts now.
