I wasn´t familiar with atavisms. After googling it, for some reason I started thinking about the lost civilizations, e.g. Atlantis, before younger dryas impact and their abilities, when it comes to energy, vibration, frequency, etc., that could be it.

"Another theory may be in the realm of atavisms. You could of watched a movie, looked at a piece of art, spoke to someone, etc. — and you could of just unlocked a part of you that was deeply engrained in you as consequence."

I don´t recall any such event. It´s more like someone is talking to me, but I am not there. It´s like I´m in another realm, another dimension if that makes sense. I hear the words, but I´m not taking in their meaning. I´m energetically focused.

Breatheing is a good point. I think the main part of breathing is the fact the heart is between the lungs and is thus stimulated. The heart having a direct connection with emotion through brain to heart coherence.
I had to google "Atavisms". I am not sure if it manifests in my case, maybe yes, maybe not. For some reason it made me think about the percieved abilities of the lost civilizations when it comes to frequency, vibration, telepathy, e.g. A lot of this has to do with New Age philosophy and the pyramids, I don´t know enough about this to speculate.

Well see if this applies: Sometimes when I talk to someone face to face, I can hear the words but I'm not taking in their meaning. I am energetically focused and communicating through energy. In such situations I can clearly feel the energy signatures of the person I am speaking with and in return often unleashing a gust of involuntary energy.

Do you feel like you project energy through a specific part of your body like your eyes?

Even though my username might sound cringy to some, I believe George Lucas stumbled on something serious before he wrote fiction about the Force.

Yes, there are aspects of similar energy mass that can be controlled, but not in the way you think.

Our mind can be a powerful weapon and by mind I don't mean thoughts. I mean the vast energy impulses that can be emitted from it.

Visualize crown chacra. Now visualize Tesla's coil. Powerful emotions can form a pressure that builds up in the frontal lobe of your brain. Now release that pressure in a powerful burst. Observe reactions of surrounding people.

This is not telekinesis. It might become it, who knows. I haven't discovered it through my own experiences.

This is pure chaos unleashed, affecting mostly people within a 100 yard radius. That's my experience. I have had this for over 15 years.
Tried this to some degree the other day. Forgot my gym equipment, I was pissed out of my mind. So much so that I refused to move or walk in any direction. Never happened to me before to be THIS mad. I Remembered this post so I imagined Tesla's coil, closed my eyes for 30 seconds and when I opened them it felt like a wave of rage left my body. And I happily walked all the way home. Something definitely happened because my rage was released all at once. Problem is the next day I had a medical emergency. Don't know if it was associated with it or not. Cool experience though.

Very interesting. Sleep deprivation does enhance the volume of energy manipulation. I recall reading a bit about sleep deprived pilots who experienced the same during long flights.

Everyone's energy seems to manifest differently. Mine is the energy that based on my instincts stems from a power of destruction.

I recently spoke with an energy healer and she told me she saw a being on my shoulder.

I believe it to be a demonic entity.
I remember I would, unbeknownst at the time, PURPOSELY sleep deprive myself because it would (quoting my younger self) put me in a trace like state.

Yea im assuming that sleep deprivation shuts down areas of the body making more areas active which typically are not being used often. I don't have a mri machine lol, so im just thinking about this. So with my experience being intensely sleep deprived i believe that this may of happened which made me let go of my ego (projected self) which may explain my charisma at the time when im typically not that type of person at all — i am actually the opposite of that in real life unless i prime myself to be like that.

Solid reasoning. Sleep deprivation is also used in different religions among monks for that mstter. It is believed to unlock something, if I'm not mistaken. Part of our subconscious perhaps.

I. Ancient sumeria, Gilgamesh was told if he could stay awake 7 days and 7 nights he’d be immortal 🤷‍♂️ idk I did that had 3 NDE’s and was rejected everytime. Not saying they are related just stating what was said in texts and what’s I’ve experienced. And no I don’t think I’m immortal it’s just one of those oddd consequences.

Okay everything was chill until you mentioned "arcane reptilian instincts" and I facepalmed so hard laughs (just being jovial).

Anyway, but to get to the matter at hand. Since you just seemed to bring it up for discussion, this makes me think of so many things!

This phenomenon is, to me, just another form of energy 'manipulation.' It doesn't seem like anything revelatory, at least to me. Yes, a sudden surge of power (coincidentally also the name of a cool cassette compilation) can have effects upon the world around you, lest in oneself. Honestly I feel apt to say that is could be more in-line with psycho-somatic effects than anything purely magical. But then again, magic shrouds itself in coincidence.

Not really too related to the topic, but our imaginations are powerful things and sometimes they can play tricks on us. They are both our greatest tools and our greatest enemies. Humans are creatures with a tremendous intellect and we can easily be led into delusive thinking so it is very important to always be alert and vigilant to that fact. I know that for myself I am prone to over-thinking and often times all of the scenarios I imagine about others are untrue and I tend to get wrapped up in my head about things. But - our personal emotional/mental states do bleed into other people. Because we are social creatures, we are very susceptible/perceptive to the moods and "energies" of others, whether we are only dimly aware of it, or not. I work in a kitchen and often my mood "sets the tone" for the day and everyone else in it! That alone says a great deal. Our thoughts do hold a power in themselves.

Moreover, this makes me think of sympathetic magic, like in the idea of the "Cone of Power", except there is no concrete directive and instead just an [emotional/energetic] burst or flash of power that issues forth from the person. It is crucial to have it be put into some use, be it a spell, an elemental, some concept - I think otherwise it would just quickly dissipate into the surrounding atmosphere or environment. I think that's the most important thing I could recommend here. The building and flashing out of energy doesn't seem like the healthiest thing to do uncontrolled, especially with your own energy reserves. I imagine you would feel very depleted! Grounding, grounding, grounding, comes to mind. Otherwise you would be all energy and that's not a good thing. Then thoughts can really be carried away in the "airiness" of your mind.

I used to spend quite a bit of time doing rituals in my bedchamber growing up, with elaborate magic circles, candles and artwork all around - all that good stuff - and I found that (or maybe imagined that -) the room itself accrued/built-up so much energy that it actually became audible. Even when all was "quiet", it sounded, to me, as if there was a great "whirring" or noise from all of the condensed energy. Things can and do build up and "crustate".

I shouldn't be so dismissive about it all but I do try to approach magic with a solid footing within both worlds. So I apologize if that makes me sound like a debbie-downer. If so just ignore me. This just makes me think about so much! Not sure if I'm contributing much to the conversation~
