Hello, that is a subject that is beyond my level of understanding , i havent all the answers or else i wouldnt roam the forums playing at pretending of being awake.

That's a good question, bro. From my knowledge, I understand that our understanding will change over time because knowledge is always limited. From ancient times to today, the solution has always been self-realization. This is because the true nature of human beings is interdimensional beings who are enslaved here because we were tricked into physical bodies.
Over time, people have started to realize that something is wrong in this world. This realization has an impact on the unconsciousness, causing a shift from the 5D dimension to the 3D. The elite are aware of this shift and, of course, know they can't stop it but end up accelerating the process. So they made the masses get the COVID vaccine, which in the future will destroy the human immune system. Following this, they will introduce new technology, or what some call transhumanism.
Transhumanism is their goal. It is about creating separation. It suggests that we are frail, weak, finite, brutish, diseased, and incomplete. All these ideas of biological implants and cognitive enhancement are part of their agenda. When they have control over the human body, they can easily prevent individuals from becoming self-realized about their true nature.
With transhumanism, humanity will attempt to play God to itself. We will try to engineer a better human and a better civilization. However, in the end, this will make us slaves to another being from another dimension.
So, bro it takes time to accept all this, but I can assure you from my point of view that self-realization of your true nature is only each individual can achieve. Buddha, Jesus, or whoever it is can only show you the tools, and the rest depends on you.

After reading Matthew Delooze's document, I learned that emotions are a primary source of energy for them, just like we do with our animals. This reminds me of the quote "as above, so below." When we give our emotions to them in a spiritual way, it’s exactly what some masters or people realize during self-realization. They know that emotions are another form of thought, and when you interact with a thought, you give your will to it, thus birthing an emotion.
From my perspective, when you become aware of your thoughts, you can see the rise of emotions in your daily life. From there, you can choose whether to let these emotions control you. It depends on you. In my daily practice, I stay aware of my thoughts with mindfulness practice, knowing that thoughts are always temporary. When you simply observe a thought without interacting with it, it will disappear, and another thought will rise. This practice takes time, but the results have helped me understand some level of deception within the human body.

I think we need to feel emotional as spiritual beings , i live in Sweden , and by observing some Swedes youd sometimes wonder if they are even human ( of course theres some of them that are lovely with big hearts aswell) its like you could encapsulate everything that makes a Swede a Swede and transfer it to an advanced ai and there wouldnt be anything missing of the swede that isnt emulated by the ai, we are spiritual and loving beings with compassion and immense care and we should strive to express ourselves emotionally but learning to control emotions will aid self discipline and ensure that your true self , the way you see yourself deep down wont suffer betrayal becuse one simply havent learnt o align the ideal self with the emotional self , im very weak in that respect for many reasons , namely becuse of coping mechanisms but also due to other very stressing matters, my ideal self despises anything sexual but my emotional self is addicted to porn , my ideal self feels its wrong to eat meat but im to weak to change my ways for the moment. Behind every thought and emotion there is a subtle impulse that precedes them the challenge lies in learning to intercept that impulse before it leads to an emotion so strong that it leads to a decesion that doesnt serve your best interest in the search for truth and freedome.

Yes. The difficulty may be physical, emotional, or mental; but it is always individual. The main thing is to be free of negative emotions, which, based on my understanding, are desire and fear. You mention addiction to porn, which is another form of habitual behavior. Sex is an acquired habit. Go beyond that. As long as your focus is on the body, you will remain in the clutches of sex, fear, and desire, which are negative emotions. Once you remove these, especially fear (which I personally find very hard to achieve), then being in the 4th dimension can't even feed on you.
