If anyone's got some free time and is able to inject these scanned pages to their corresponding locations in the Part 2 book above, I will give you an award + 1 month Benefactor as a reward.

As @BragR noted, two pages of primary content--251 and 342--are still missing, as well as the second page of the table of contents. I scaled the fill-in photos to match the existing pages as closely as possible, and applied grayscale conversion and auto-contrast to help them match the look of the cleaner surrounding pages. I also took the liberty of adding an OCR layer; the Hebrew text isn't included and I haven't done much quality checking on the results, but it should be a bit easier now to find relevant information for specific rituals.

Did you check @zonen8's version? It's only 425 pages according to the Acrobat Reader count but 475 according to the page numbering of the scanned book itself. The amazon preview of the Table of Contents goes up to 441 ("References & Bibliography"), and that last chapter is included in the scan well, therefore the book looks complete to me and not cut off in any way.

Zonen8's version seems to be complete, but maybe quality could be a bit better.
