I really appreciate this, I did merge the shared images, after formatting and editing these images. there are still some pages missing, (p261, p342) can you @Azazello @funkeeman please scan those and upload them or send them to me, Thanks

@SkullTraill So I Found page 261 in a post from @DaveH, when I went to add it to my file I noticed some of my pages weren't that clear after changing the resolution on the images, I can do it again but noticed that @kphd has done a nice job putting it together. Sure hope between @DaveH, @Azazello @funkeeman, or any other generous souls, we can get those missing pages.
