Visualization tech: this visualization is to be used to divert the stream of your focus towards your desired goal (let's be real your mind is wriggly and easily distracted, it needs hands to guide it.)

This visualization is a set of two transparent hands which float outside of your person, yet you can feel them as though their nerves were connected to your brain through Bluetooth. These hands are imbued with a simple truth: there is no difficulty. This truth gives them the power to act independently of wandering mind and its natural interset in it, because we think it is difficult to control our focus, but the hands have no issue doing this. The hands guide your focus back to your goal or meditation object.

I have found this technique useful, experimentation with focusing outside your body and condensing the energy of that focus, ignoring your bodily senses and concentrating on that spot of external focus... has proved interesting results

This technique is fire. The intuitive and silent "you" who wishes to focus and meditate is where the power for this technique comes from, it is a visceral visualization where you literally "get a grip" on yourself, something that our monkey-brain is able to understand deeply. Operating as the entity controlling these hands is a very conscious choice to transcend the thoughts they are keeping in line. The more time you use this technique, the better you get at it and thus the more tangible an effect they have.

Before I struggled quite a bit with visualization, but that was because I was attempting to see shit in my head visually, but now I understand visualization is all about feeling and spatial awareness; you don't just see the cup on the table, you see it visually sure, but there is a subtle part of your brain registering it and logging it as a nearby entity. These subtle brain mechanics (that you can only recognize if you're really watching what it's doing moment-by-moment) are the ones that need to be harnessed, at least in this bird's opinion

When you sit in a room to meditate, focus on what non-duality would imply. Just considering it hypothetically... that there is no "you" in the room, there is only a moving part of the grand-room within the room looking around the room.

Some kind of threshold has been passed and my visualization abilities have become much more defined.

I can use will to create things in some kind of other vibratory dimension that has a space-time relativity to me. I created a body and made it dance around me, it was real and happened in real time. I can create a ball of light and have it radiate divine energy down to me, on inhaling it my whole chest goes warm like I had swallowed a mouthfull of whisky and my will-body feels energized.

Attention, awareness, and observation have also been steadily increasing.

This image is of a single water source sprouting up into matter as several entities. The entities that touch down and are connected to the source of their being have more of that sources energy within them. You may want to try and do the same.

You can see so deeply into the people around you if you understand that they are an animating spark controlling a puppet, navigating a barren, degrading, and meaningless world.

People's attitudes, energy, apparel, and social behavior give away everything, no one can truly hide who they are, even the act of concealment still gives way to the fact that something is being concealed. Even the creation of a persona gives away a spark which desires to be seen a specific way.

Through this method of direct observation, an accurate gestalt of the person's spark can be created, all lies, concealments, or alterations to the spark become clear when the gestalt is understood.

This method of course works best on the average uncultivated & unselfconscious person. Really the only people meaningfully complicated enough for this method not to be 100% effective are the initiated. Crazy people make crazy gestalts, normal people make normal ones, and the initiated make paralogical ones, which at least flags them and makes more critical scrutiny possible.

It's nice to anthropomorphize animals and nature, it's comforting to us because we've learned to anthropomorphize ourselves, so seeing something... NOT like us naturally exist is uncomfortable. I believe this cope is a rug thrown over a very clear and important truth:

The primordial energies of the universe are not sentient. They are as slimy and lifeless as molten lava trailing down a volcano's side. These energies converge in whirlpools and in that empty space "we" can exist, this dual-self experience of the primordial and its negation is well expressed with the taijitu. We are both separate and the same. That douche making an ass out of himself at the party is both you and not you, how do you treat him considering this?

The average person does not try to comprehend this dual-state of ours because it takes away our individuality in a strange way, but delving into these ideas brings understanding and power beyond expression.

A huge problem is that, as conditioned creatures that were raised to believe our existence began in this flesh-suit and that we are "humans", that is in itself an impurity that needs to be washed away, a sin - ignorance - we are born into. You aren't a human anymore than the little things crawling on the ground are ants, or the things growing out of the earth are trees. These are concepts based off guestimations using a set of limited sense-organs and incomplete logic. Our science and lexicons give us an illusory sense of unfounded confidence. We know nothing, even I know nothing, that is what makes thus all so frustrating.

We are beings of light, Christianity didn't create the idea of original sin, they just pointed out the obvious truth. If you remove the culture and look objectively, Christianity says the same thing as the Egyptians, and most other mystic & magical traditions: to transcend this Hell, you need to purify to the point of your soul weighing as lightly as a feather, with Jesus simply being an example of what this weightless state is like. Competitive religion is a lot more illuminating than religion-bashing.

That's a little disappointing, with all of the contradictions you were bringing up, I was hoping they were well-founded and that you were a master who actually knew more. Perhaps you should really meditate on what I've written here, because much of the thing that I was born as had been burned away by the light of understanding, wisdom, and silence.

This rant is melodramatic but I dont care this is my journal afterall: I'm still burdened by this body, it was a loan and I don't feel defined by it at all, that is why I work so hard to get out of it. The name, story, and opinions made by this body are all pathetically inconsequential, the ego is a small and insecure thing that doesn't hold any wisdom and just distracts with a circus of delusion. It's only use is to interract with the people caught up helplessly in this perpetual zoo, where nobody has anything of fucking note to say.

I'm burning and the flesh restricts me, I'm only interested in hearing from those who know the way out, not from folk just as lost as me. Psychologists and doctors can't help me; my condition hurts, every day, the only thing that keeps me going is the understanding that none of it is as it appears, that the suffering is Maya, and the sufferer a failure of inference.

its the year of the snake, and the shedding of skin is very plutonian energy... The phoenix rising from the flames renewed. cut to pieces and spread across the earth only to be collected again and renewed. i sense a truth as true as i ever have that the things that transpire in the near future are going to completely shift reality.... its going to be a really fucking painful experience for humanity and individual alike. but the end result is something that we wouldnt even be able to imagine 50 years ago
