There are results of course. Like with Arts. Nothing in a Mona Lisa you would put in a wheelbarrow without looking like an idiot.
Magick is a lot of things. If you're just doing art, though? Do us all a favor and call yourself an artist. Magick is about results. Spirituality without results is mysticism (and that's being generous to spirituality w/out results)

Do you just... know nothing about the BALG forum?

I wouldn't recommend using it (because this happened, they followed E.A Koetting and Koetting told people to do this)

Please, Log in or Register to view URLs content!
(This is a link)

But it's real. It's a forum, so you got your good and your bad, but its an actual magick (not mysticism necessarily) forum

I'm reading a document called basic skills. Let's call it physics for non-physics majors.
It's supposed to make me feel "normal".
I am anything but, because I suck at math and physics.
Yet if I'd read this before taking physics. I might have done okay.

Who can scientifically measure magic outside of physics?
like that time i measured how many coin flips i could guess in a row

Technically it's not statistically impossible to get the 1/16,384 chance incidentally. I mean, I'm better with intuition. Imagine I get to 16 flips, thats 1/65,536. It is an exponential function. At some point, it's literally more likely I'm using intuition than I am guessing

This is by far the dumbest loon toon shit I ever came across. Not even worth commenting. Murder is not magic. It never was.

You might say that, but if you're the one flipping the coin, I have some bad news for you: it's entirely likely that it isn't intuition but self-manipulation.

This experiment has been done before, and it's not dissimilar to talking to yourself with a pendulum: It's entirely possible for people to know what way their coin will land because of how they flip it (even unconsciously).

Other times it is a matter of having a mind that unconsciously tracks how long the coin is in the air and how hard you flipped it, on the basis of which side was up when you started.

It's more about the fact that dice and coins are systems whose chaos is entirely "seeded" by human input and so whose result is physically "calculated" from that "seed" against the coin or die's function of motion when flipped or rolled.

Kinetic physics is extremely consistent.

Yeah? I used "flip a coin" on google.

Again I don’t have an interest with discussing things with you, you seem like a bullshitter to me. I once gave you a source of info which you blew off
Think what you want, but bad data is bad data is bad data... That's how peer review works. I'm not your average internet rube willing to believe anything. In fact, I don't believe... Well... Anything.

I work in the realm of doubt and information and tested models. If you don't like that, it's your problem

Then we should be able to run a blind experiment...
im honestly dogshit with intuition right now. I'm as good as any old joe from my recent tests. I've gotten on a streak of 5 and that's pretty much it.|

Honestly? I doubt that I actually have any capability, I doubt that magick is real at all. We can run a blind test, sure. Imma do one rn and post results here
