Did afternoon adoration.
Had lunch. Chicken pot pie soup and sliced mangoes. Piece of multigrain bread
Did some bible study for a bit out of Mark. Listened to a church sermon on Satan, the accuser, and evil, in short, christians, take up your authority and speak gods will in your life.
Went out took a walk, ran into an old friend and chatted for a few. Met and left on a good note each.
Got back home.

Set frozen ground beef in a plastic bag in the fridge to defrost, tonight will cook ribbon noodles, add chicken and yams and butter.
Found it hard visualizing being in a blue room with streaks of light shooting at me or through me as if lasers. Found me forcing myself to visualize it. Must've been a while.

Ribbon noodles with cheese mix, butter, Yams and chicken was good and filling. Letting it cool down so time temperature abuse doesn't occur before putting leftovers away.
Less warlike outside which is a good thing.
