I see a potential ritual, also a course of study, that is not outside of the teachings or the work, aside from astrological and qabballistic magick, based on the idea of the Black-White mirror per Initiation Into Hermetics by Bardon.
This is one of the books I plan to engage in, past Christopher and The Golden Dawn, along with the Hermetica, Kybalion, and Grecae Papyri (spelling?).
Then I flip to Modern Magick, work that cover to cover, to at least reinforce some of the knowledge and memorize a few conjurations and invocations along with methods and techniques.
Quareia, then I veer off into angelic work after that. Provided I make any inner contacts
Now to work it out on paper, step by step, and try to have as much knowledge as necessary to create an effective ritual that gets results.
Im essentially doing the work of the Shem Angels and the Bad Angels (not referring to Goetia here, this is different and still within the Shemhamphoresh). This also reduces, per Ars Angelorum, or Black Magic Evocation of the Shemhamphoresh, a direct attack on a natal chart area. There may be a disturbance, but not a problem. Also reintegrating back to my qualities as myself but in a more organized way. I was saying something about silence.

Today is a long day, the first of three. I think therefore, the Formula must be applied every night once home, say start 10pm, finish 12am.
In the mornings, the Neophyte formula and adorations will still be done in the morning.

Listening to gangsta rap to burn off anger between the restaurant owner and I last night, where I felt used. Granted, he came in, was nice to me, offered to buy me a pair of shoes and give me a few extra chef shirts, and gave me fifty cash to stay and degrease the restauerant walls, buff the concrete line floor, clean and polish the gyro spits, etc. Then because I had the gall to mention I had plans early this morning, so to avoid oversleeping didn't take my meds. Will take them shortly before going into work, including taking a mood balancer with me (seroquel).
Ugh. Positive qualities of the planets .... positive qualities of the planets needed ...
My lack of a heart, and on occasion violent impulses concern me, and dont want to be immediately hospitalized should I mention it to certain parties.
Here's the thing: they're doing the right thing while doing the wrong thing:
The wrong thing is assuming my life can be put on hold, including all life and financial obligations, while getting minimal if any therapy or help.
The right thing: It separates you from society long enough to cool off, unless you get into an issue with other patients.
Now, the guiding balance is outpatient therapy, but I really need one on one therapy. However, I can't afford a good psychiatrist, especially one to see weekly.
Oh well, such is my life this past eight years and counting.
Yeah, why indeed would I want to repair my life. A house of cards. Thats what it feels like.

No work was done last night since my lungs were coughing out degreaser, and trying to calm myself over the incident with the owner.
I was mentally reminded of it, but could not center myself I was so agitated.

Found an opportunity this morning in the alley and a secluded area in which I did my morning and afternoon.. I'm sorry, midnight and morning adorations; as well as the qabalistic cross, lesser ritual of the pentagram, and qaballistic cross.

So sore from work I can barely move.
I guess first things first, Body Awareness, Breathing, Meditation and Relaxation Ritual.
Then Neophyte Formula and Zelator Formula.
Seriously, my body is hit. Did four hours of prep work, like chopping and crumbling pans of feta, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, etc. Running up and down the stairs constantly to grab stuff from the freezer like gyro legs and cans from the cooler like garbanzo beans. Dishes. Line work. Meat carving, and prevented a fire even.
Arms, Legs, back are all hit hard.
Even have a cramped neck and sore toe.

BA/RR helped but not enough. Man down tonight, no work will be done. Will pick up in the morning and hopefully rest will heal me up enough to do the work in the morning before leaving for work.

Much better physically after four hours of sleep. Mentally will be beat like a dog on little sleep after the next six hours and then ten hours on the job. Will be a tired doggie when done with work. Especially if I stay later to help close.

About to dig into some resources to come up with an article on Tarot and Astronomy/Astrology from the Golden Dawn perspective. Perhaps the side reading will do me some good. Denning and Phillips "Zodiacal Magic", Millers "Advanced Planetary Magic", Knottingham's "Ars Angelorum The Book Of Angels", Barrett and Agrippa as well. Ciceros on astrology breakdown. I have a few other documents. Will try to streamline them all into something interesting to all.

Decided to get up off my duff, and do some work.
I missed the MP and Zelator formula, but will try to do them shortly.
I did however, do adorations, body awareness/controlled breathing (seeing the cube of space and the five Jerusalem crosses), and LBRP, with full visualization (of growing into the solar system past the earth underneath my feet, lost in the stars until the cube of space and seeing the five Jerusalem crosses; also full visualization of pentagrams and the archangels, even carrying a sign - a caudecuous wand, a trumpet blast and spray of mist on the back of the neck, a sword and a horn of plenty). I did this entire routine with wand in left hand and dagger in right, messed up the eastern quadrant so completed the circle and did it immediately again, then calling and visualizing the angels in front of the pentagrams. Feel much calmer and a bit more pain free.
Maybe my depression lifted?

A bit of a busy day, and have to get off to work shortly.

Got out and deposited my check that I got last night, and deposited to bring it current, get a smokable treat and a few extra dollars, and a fair amount of savings, about ten percent from each check, rent is current for the month thank you God and my family.

Checked on PO Box, 85 for six months. More than I have so an indicator to wait, lets get next months rent squared away and a hundred to back rent as a seed ion payment in full for back rent.
