Work was too busy to do any side work, so will have to review above and complete (actually my entire journal or posts for that matter). I want to follow all the great advice that people were nice to help by stating them - but sometimes my mind can only handle a thing or two at a time.
So, trust me, I will get to everyones replies and test the content.
An old coworker, KyRah, came to my workplace asking about jobs there, so passed on the info to my manager, will try to convince them to hit her, she is smart, polite, communicative, and works hard.

Need to be less critical of self and other in work thought and act.

Home, fed kitty, made some coffee, catching up. Did afternoon and evening adorations. Want to do Hesrt Flame Exercise in silence. The bus were good attempts, but a bit noisy. I did find that I meditated successfully for 5 minutes on a busy street corner. Silent mind.

So, Heart Flame meditation with controlled breathing, lead into Neophyte Formula, try the Zelator Formula.
Thought about something Prince Ipos had stated in a channeled evocation I did, to "look at all interactions you have and consider the exchange or transaction", this led into something someone here mentioned to me. Interesting.

Was just thinking about chakras, and a "fruit sense" exercise I did in the past. The chakras were imagined in their colors, from red to white, and each fruit imagined in color would also be followed by a word or mantra. Sense fruits were where you would use all of your senses, in meditation, to thoroughly inspect a piece of fruit by all five senses. This led me to remember a diagram I saw, where each chakra had a candle. Cannot remember the source.

Read up on hooks and oppression syndrome. Imagined following back a line from one hook on my face, it led to an area of a red haze, and punched something there. That hook went away temporarily. Anger or violent reactions apparently dont help.
Maybe Icke and Jones were right on a few things.
Followed a hook connected to the octopus, tied the line and cut it. They did not like that. Sharp skull pain immediately followed.

Going to do meditation in a few for at least 20 minutes and try to get a bearing on what is occurring that I dont see or sense otherwise than pain and movement or the occasional spotting of something else.

Giving up on recording details in Book T and starting to read a few Regardie texts on Geomancy, as well as Greers book on Geomancy, then start a Geomancy Book.

Mercury Ritual did not happen and probably not doing a Juiter one tomorrow most likely. I instead, operating in hour or day and hour of Venus, may do a working on Self-Love. Not narcissistic but loving yourself as you are and were and will be. It is not that I am not trying to do the work, it is that I need to find the reason for doing one and doing it correctly rather than haphazardly or unpreparedly go into a ritual.

Will do Midnight adoration shortly. (adorations for building the solar body)

Had seizure aura symptoms so stayed home today and got some much needed rest.
Aside from the Heart Flame work, I have done no other work today.
I feel less pain on my arms and legs and back and head.

Had a five minute green candle meditation.
Asked question on what causes jealousy and envy as they are associated with green. Fear of being left behind, loss seems to be the answer.
Wax drippings resembles a serpent blinding downward from the candle.
The serpent as the cause?

Got up and did full round of Liber Resh Vel Helios adorations starting with Midnight, all used grade signs.
Did Qabbalistic Cross with full visualization of growing into space with each inhale or exhale was growth by thousands of feet. Noticed green at feet, yellow above, red on right shoulder and blue on left shoulder.
Did Lesser Ritual of the Pentagram, but did not call the archangels. May do Neophyte Formula shortly.
Have spent most of the day trying to get rid of parasites and hooks through the Heart Flame Meditation.
Tried to be a better person today and did okay, We try again tomorrow.
Did Qabbalistic Cross with full visualization of shrinking from space down with each inhale or exhale.
Opened eyes.
Will definitely do Neophyte Formula at Midnight.
Will do Heart Flame meditation til then.
Also, Psalms 51-60, Proverbs 11-12. Then tomorrow is Ps 61-65, Proverbs 13.

Well, I guess the biggest awakening came to me today, that i need to mind my own business and grow up. The first step I suppose, I guess next is an apology to someone who blocked me in every way after the fact.

Got on the bus home, just barely without conflict, from aggravated crackheads.
Got home safe and sound. Fed the kitty, she's hanging out in my circle.
Got up and did Chreistophers Neophyte Formula, tried the Heart Flame Meditation on the bus.

Was called by a friend asking for a small loan for smokes, so I said yes, and hopped to to meet him. Troubled guy on several fronts. Thinking of doing a Jupiter working for him. Maybe if it won't work for me it'll work for him. He could also use a positive Mars talisman in my opinion, or a Venus one. We'll start with Jupiter as it seems the most pressing concern. Had quite a talk and tried to lift him up. Chatted about the subtle bodies concerning his troublesome family members, and how it is just some self help at the least that could be beneficial, and recommended Positive Thinking and Positive Imaging by Peale (I believe).
Then there are people I know, as well as myself that can use healing. So, choices choices.

It seems to me that I treat my liquids intake and output carefully, take cinnamon to alleviate insulin concerns as well as careful diet, low or no sugar (tough for me), daily exercise. And take good care of the skin and the stuff downstairs.

Taught a friend the Heart Flame exercise, holding shungite in one hand and tourmaline in the other. Helped him greatly.
