[Opinion] Why do you prefer demons?

It saddens me the OP isn't on the site anymore, as far as i can tell... Hope you're well wherever you are.
My work with demons has evolved over the past year. Completely see them as neutral earth realm agents/current intelligences that have no regard for human morality restrictions. Archangels I've experienced are bridge agents between "greater" quantum realms and earth. They do play on morality limits (at least they do mine) to strengthen greater "harmonious" outcomes.
So I'll work with either depending on what the project is.

Of course, there are those who ask inconvenient questions about "harmony." What agenda am I "harmonizing" with. It might well be that sheep are content to cooperate with a wolf who promises only to eat a FEW of the sheep. Look at humanitarian creeds stemming from Christianity (and the later Jewish prophets.) The net effect has been to create a philosophy of squeezing the world like an orange. We bleat about the "sacred" character of all human life, then cram 8 billion pasu on board (and rising.) Read Luis Felipe Moyano/Nimrod de Rosario. The angels are actually serving a process that disguises cosmic vampirism in the name of eveything we have been taught to think is kind. Start with "Gnostic Fragments." Google it.

while i do believe that all spirits are mainly neutral , i do believe that demons might have a slight inclination to be kind while angels might have a slight inclination to be evil , especially the shem ones

oh , and because ꒰ at least to me ꒱ demons feel the most " human " and down to earth out of all spirits , which makes it easier to relate to them

Paganism is exactly what you are doing, no offense. Paganism is a term describing any religion/spiritual practice apart from Mainstream/Abrahamic practices. Working with daemons falls into that category perfectly.

One could say you don't give a darn about what other named/categorised religions or spiritual practices are about, you have your own idea about spirituality, entities and the world and you do what you see fit.

If so, that's how I operate. I don't care about what religions/spiritual practices my own conclusions and practices "resemble" to.

No really, "pagan" is a term for a person who doesn't follow the more commonly accepted religions. As a Theistic Satanist I can say for sure, what I am doing is "Paganism"

The Abrahamic religions were not the only ones who used that term in the same way as I am, it is literally a term not falling into any specific religious origins.

I must admit that I view most religions more as philosophical paths, and I’m not entirely comfortable with the sorting of entities into “good” and “evil.” In my opinion, some religions classify certain types of entities too strictly as bad or evil. But it’s not that simple. Good and evil—this duality—is purely a human perception. I prefer to use the terms “efficiency” and “balance.”

The word demon itself comes from the Greek word meaning “entity” or “intermediary between the gods and humans,” and originally referred simply to entities. These, of course, carry different types of energy, but dark energy doesn’t necessarily mean something bad or evil. It doesn’t really matter what we call them or what names we use—many names for the same things and beings. What’s more important is how we perceive them. If we demonize them, they may react irritably or mock us, manifesting themselves in ways that reflect how we view them or want to see and hear them.

Personally, I’ve always felt more attuned to the dark side; it suits me better and comes more naturally. These entities have been more opened and friedly with interesting information and guided me during times when my life wasn’t exactly easy—when I was, in a way, “living hidden in the shadows.” But that doesn’t mean I don’t also have light entities around me—some might call them protectors or angels.

Yess.. I feel the same way. At the end of the day. We are those Entities ourselves because we are One with The Source.

Well, I've already tried the biblical god, God the creator in general, "the universe", "divine conscientiousness", "god in me" (basically all new age variations you can think of) and none of them delivered my humble wish, so... kinda running out of options...

I'm also sick of the whole "you'll get what you need, not what you want" cop-out; hopefully, with demons, I can be spared of it.

I have to disagree with just one aspect of this. Satan, (the artist formerly known as Lucifer) could not have fallen from Yeheshuah, as he was the first created being and chief among all the angels. Yeheshuah may or may not exist as an incarnated corporeality and may not exist with any relevance at all if one rejects the Trinity.

But to answer your question, I do not prefer demons. I understand I have both demonic and angelic influences and engage with demons as much to my benefit as possible in that I identify their influence and seek to correct it. This sometimes is done with pact-making or angelic subjugation (which I see as only a temporary advantage while corrective measures are being taken).

I don't believe in Jesus as the Messiah, no matter how Jewishly his name is said. It is not a fact that Yeheshuah is God, especially if one holds "Shema O Israel, Adonai Elohenu, Adonai Echad" in ANY esteem whatsoever.

1. I am a hard polytheist. I prefer to have multiple options when it comes to who I follow/work with.

2. My 3 preferred types of gods include gods of knowledge, trickster gods, and gods of the underworld. In the abrahamic faiths, this'd be demons.

3. Essentially, I have multiple gripes against any and all Abrahamic religions. This includes personal gripes (like my autism) and existential gripes. And frankly, I think monotheism in general is counter productive to human nature.

4. Despite that, I have worked with Yahweh, and his energy is not something I'd call pleasant. It's very heavy and domineering, like how the sun gets at 12:00 pm in the middle of the Summer.

5. I never agreed with the traditional story of Lucifer. Being so arrogant you'd turn against your own father is something a spoiled child would do. I'd expect an angel to be more enlightened. So, if one felt the need to rebel, I'm willing to believe he had a good reason.

6. I've always felt drawn to trickster figures and darker aesthetics as a kid. As an adult, I feel more aligned to whatever cosmic force there is that challenges that status quo.
