Meditation time, and an attempt again to try to see myself during the meditation, and any attachments to me physical or lower bodies.

Arguably germs and parasites are there to clean up the mess left by other entities such as humans.

So as we learn to control and refine our physical, emotional and mental bodies we leave less mess and attract fewer parasites

What about workings aimed at the Causal Plane, even if not at that level of refinement? If using the Causal Plane with intent to be wise, refined, and self-controlled, is this a possibility, or is it only accessible by preceding work on the lower bodies/planes?

You know, on picking higher quality girlfriends, particularly those from former incarnation relationships, a lot of people try to obstruct and disrupt the attempts. It doesn't help that Im clueless when it come to women throwing themselves at me. Utterly clueless that they want to boink with me, be in a relationship with me, or even that they're attracted to me.

Did I even mention these wonderful traits? Shyness, Kindness, Courtesy, Cluelessness, the need for a woman to state it and make it plain to me. Im that dense, this the prime cause ill-dignified with shyness.

I guess work on me. Looking into therapist aides resources, like trauma resolution tools.

Talked with a guy at the hotel based out of Boston, who works for a software company. I was asked straight up if I can program. I told him I can, but it leaves a lot to be desired, and that I had financial/housing issues to resolve first.
He replied with "Well, if you make 100k a year, does that help?" I shook his hand and said yes. That reminds me, I need to send my resume to him this morning.

Call Washtenaw County Community Mental Health, and see if they can lighten up on the anti depressant strong-arming the no refill policy. I have enough of my anti-psychotic, mood stabilizer and anti seizure medications. However, the antidepressant for me is key. They should realize and know this.

im wondering what exactly your “teacher” is helping you with? Instead of you reading all these books do you actually understand them? If not why isn’t this teacher helping you?

Perhaps its time for me to pick a system and stick with it. True. What system? Why is that the one for me?

Okay, here is the recent thing - I am sticking with one system and working on myself in the process to create change. This is strictly through understanding, visualization and affirmation.
My delayed plans/plans on hold until I see where this takes me, in a desired or undesired end:
Hermeticism (in this exact order):
Work through Kabballah, Magic, and the Great Work of Self Transformation.
Work through Modern Magick.
Work through The Golden Dawn.
Work through Initiation Into Hermetics.
Work through The Kybalion and Hermetica.
We should see a logical "why" pattern here.
An entry level self directed system has rot create a foundation and structure.
An intermediate book gives us more thought and practice. New techniques.
Now an entire Grimoire is open to my hand and eyes and mouth and limbs and brain.
Now we get into the last two, core Hermetics.

Now, if I branch off into Hooddo for example, my choices or plans would be in order:

Im trying to stick with one system at the moment. Im the Mineralis here, to use OTO terminology, so how would I know everything or be able to discern a wise and helpful vs a destructive teacher? That is not their karma on me, its on the teacher in question. So, if they're confident enough to stand and back up the technique, then it should be tried.

I honestly dont believe that others know as much about the Golden Dawn or possible even OTO here.
If they did, they would know the exact timing or average timing for a student to accomplish a grade in order, no rushing, no jumping around or ahead. Slow, steady progress. This is also a seed of alchemy, physical and spiritual.

You accomplish noting by running ahead. This is where you might see my ill advised idea of the Tree of Life in ten months. I am obsessed easily as a part of my personality.

Within the GD/OTO, you are first presented with four matters:
1. Basics of Qabalah
2. Basics of Alchemy
3. Basics of Divination
4. Basics of planets and astrology houses.
During this time, the Minerals/Zelator is directed to establish focused concentration, and control of thought. To be able to hold an image in mind for up to thirty minutes while silmultaneously holding intent and directing will through energy work.

Now we are approaching the second of the four basic grades - Air/Luna/Theoricus. In theoricus you are concerned mainly with advanced topics of the four above, adding through astrology knowledge as divination. You also have mastered control of thought and mind.

In practicus we get into ritual magic and deal with the Water element. More advanced knowledge and technique, adding Tarot as a divining tool.

Now we get to the heavy lifting, the Fire/Venus/Netzach grade, here we are exposed to everything and are taught more advanced material.

To reach Portal/Tiphareth/Sol, we need to master the subtle bodies and more advanced knowledge and methods. Here is where we begin more advanced self transformation, and advanced methods. It is also a given that once we have climbed this far, we must stay the course, moving upward and forward until reaching the First Whirlings/The Crown/Kether. Then we enter into other worlds and such. I can speak much on this, as I do not know the material. But I am familiar with the checklist of Work to be done within Portal.

So, this is not a system you do in thirty days or a week and be a magus. That is unrealistic and impossible.

Today begins day two on Qabalah week for the month of Malkuth. Not sure if my attempt at this even interests anyone. Much like reading Mnly Hall, I see why certain systems are included that should be creating knowledge and understanding about it. That dude covered absolutely everything. True, he is a Mason and most of it is about Freemasonry, but agin, he covers everything. I honestly dont know how some have minds like him, Regardie, Butler, Crowley, etc. Amazing to me. It shows me how little Ive learned.

Luna/Air/Yetzirah.
Unlike Malkuth, which is earth directed by Saturn even though in line with Luna Sol and the Crown, has to teach you first that it is five elements. That fifth element empowers us to ascend up the ladder so to speak. Air, thought, mind. Mentalism, all is mind. Thought and mind control. By now the physical body should have been controlled.

So what is the moon? What is its energy, world .. etc. This week I find out. Again, no work or meditation even is done on it, except for divination methods. It is simply an attempt to at least know the basics of the Sephora.

Now, some dont want me studying Qabalah, as there are conflicting energies. As in a previous reply as to why, I can understand that. Still, without meditation or ritual, it is simply knowledge exploration.

Astrology and the Zodiac and the Planets.

Ive never taken Astronomy before, so the three books I recently downloaded (Astronomy 101, Math of Astronomy, and a textbook, Avery large on on Astronomy) will take time for me to drill through. I do know the ten planets, the seven classical planets, the effects equivalent of Cauda/Caput Draconis, vs Uranus and Neptune.

Twelve signs exist, and ruled certain ages of time and corresponding civilizations. These twelve houses can tell us about ourselves, as well as more outside of ourselves, and lastly can be used to divine or do fortune telling.

Planets have a rulership over a certain sign of the house (assuming we start at Aries with Sun and Ascendent in Aries). They have a decline, fall and rise. This is how the ascendent is created, where it may be a sign different than where the sun or moon lie in your natal chart, as a different constellation coming up over the horizon at the time of birth.

Three basic elements: Salt Sulphur and Mercury.

In the RHP, it is common to have to go through the grades in full, in order, to accomplish and complete the alchemical process - three rounds until the real tincture is in front of you.
Salt - Earth and Air (used to be blackening and yellowing stages, but now just blackening)
Mercury - Water (whitening)
Sulphur - Fire (reddening)

In addition they are positive or negative among none Sephora, and also active or passive, male or female. Polarities.

Furthermore, it is not only a physical alchemy but a spiritual one, extending across the subtle bodies.

The basic tenets of Alchemy are as follows:
1. The universe has a divine origin. The cosmos is an ema- nation of OneAbsolute Divine Being. Therefore All is One.

1. AllphysicalmanifestationexistsbyvirtueofaLawof Polarity or Duality. Any concept can be sufficiently defined in relation to its opposite: male/female, sun/moon, spirit/ body, etc.
2. Allphysicalmanifestation,whetherVegetable,Animalor Mineral (the so-called Three Kingdoms), is composed of Spirit, Soul, and Body: thethree Alchemic Principles.
3. AllAlchemicalwork,whetherpracticallaboratorywork or spiritual Alchemy, consists of three basic evolutionary processes: Separation, Purification, and Cohobation (or recombination). These three evolutionary processes are also the work of Nature.
4. AllmatteriscomposedofthefourElementsofFire(ther- mal energy), Water (liquid), Air (gas), and Earth (solid). The knowledge and skillful use of the four Elements is an essential part of Alchemical work.
5. The Quintessence or Fifth Essence is contained with the four Elements but is not one of them. It is one of the Three Essential Principles, also called the Philosophic Mercury.
6. Everythingmovestowardsitspreordainedstateof perfection.

"In its popular (limited) definition, Alchemy is an empirical science which concerns itself with the transmutation of base metals into gold. For many the word Alchemy conjures up an image of a crude laboratory where foolhardy pseudo-scientists labor to tum lead into gold so that they may spend their lives living in a state of luxury. However Alchemy's true definition encompasses the doctrine of the transformation of humanity to a higher stage. The treatises of Alchemy are not only chemical in nature, but also mystical and magical. Certainly many Alchemists left behind a vast amount of information to prove the fact that one version of Alchemy was primarily practical and chemical in nature. On the other hand, the principal interest of many Alchemical philosophers was spiritual. These Alchemists did not look merely for the substance of gold, they sought to give the quality of gold to their own being-to transmute the base metals (gross and impure parts of their own nature) to spiritual gold (wisdom). To them gold, the metal which never tarnishes and cannot be corrupted by Fire or Water, was a symbol of illumination and salvation.
Alchemy is the Art and Scienc eof transformation. Thisis not an easily understood art, because the primal medium of Alchemical expression is through the use of allegory and mythological symbols, which can be interpreted simultaneously both at a material and a spiritual level. The primary goal of Alchemy is to bring all things, including humanity, to its preordained state of perfection. To that end the Alchemical theory states that Eternal Wisdom remains latent, dormant and obscure in humanity so long as a mundane state of ignorance and superficiality exists. The objective of Alchemy is the uncovering of this Inner Wisdom and the removal of the veils and obstacles between the mind and its intrinsically pure Divine Source.
It is this spiritual Alchemy, as opposed to the purely chemical art, that the Golden Dawn stresses. The initiation of an aspiring magician into the Neophyte grade commences the spiritual Alchemical process. The Neophyte is the base material which is to be transmuted by the Work (or Art) of the Hermetic Path. Further initiations into the Elemental grades are analogous to the processes of separation and purification. Initiation into the Portal and Adept grades represents the cohobation or recombination of the Elemental constituents of the magician's psyche into a purified whole. However, the process does not end there. The Adept must incorporate the Quintessence into his/her being, an endeavor which may take a lifetime to achieve. This Great Work or quest for spiritual gold is a long undertaking. Although the goal may be distant, every step along the Path is infinitely rewarding.
The stages of the philosophical process of alchemical transmutation are symbolized by four different colors: black (guilt, origin, latent forces) for "Prime Matter," a symbol of the Soul in its original condition, or the Elementary organization of inherent possibilities, white(minor work, first transmutation, quicksilver), red (sulfur, passion), and finally gold (spiritual purity)."

Psalm 147	To cure infections.	Prepare a blue candle to attract.
Psalms 148 &149	To prevent destructive fire	Prepare a purplecandle to repel.
Psalm 150	To turn sadness into glee.	Prepare a red candle to attract.

Basically,you recite the appropriate psalm while burning the the corresponding candle.
By "Prepare" it is meant that you should anoint the candle with an appropriate oil to correlate with your desired affect.

After meditation (will shoot for thirty minutes uninterrupted/not distracted), will be studying. Going to try to see whats on me. Not sure how to do so exactly, but will aim for that nonetheless.

Should use introspection and see where I am on the planes. Perhaps try rising on the planes.
This tells me honestly (if Im honest with myself as we should be), where I am at on a given plane.

Think I will find a quiet spot in nature to do my meditation with.

Think I will find a quiet spot in nature to do my meditation with. Perhaps go east to Frog Island and look for stones for a geomancy kit, and gaze at the river a bit. Either that or the park trails. The park trails might be more interesting as its entirely the Plant Kingdom (and some animal kingdom there Im sure). As for the mineral kingdom, nope, didn't se many stones. There are also the railroad tracks down Ellsworth, a lot of interesting rocks can be found near the tracks, as construction cars hauling gravel will usually bounce smaller lighter rocks out of the train car as its moving. These trains come from CO and WI mainly, and runs north-south, leading down toward OH and IN. So, the ones running north south may also be coming from the UP of MI, or the washout plains. which have several mine tasing areas.
Therefore, on the tracks or near them Im likely to find pyrite, copper and other cool stiff wish I could say I found and collected gold and silver nuggets, that would be pretty sweet.

Okay, off to go head out into Nature somewhere away from the sound of the World and meditate on the Flame in the Heart and try to rise on the planes.

A task later in the day: Wash clean all the rocks. Purify them in incense smoke and sprinkling of saltwater then moonlight and sunlight for a week.

Next task later in the day: Complete labeling of all the tarot cards in the deck with planets/signs and title, element if necessary. Try to include constellations. As I study astronomy and astrology it will all make more sense.
