In a lighter state of mind, now studying the Lesser Ritual of the Hexagram, as it will be part of my curriculum. Need to be detailed and follow everything by the book, then wait and do the work in waiting until the next grade opportunity, this I know.

What trips me up is that it is not like the LBRP, where a QC is needed before and after the main ritual.
In my curriculum however, I have found a way to set my mind at ease about that, so my sole focus should be the Hexagram Rituals, in all forms, Lesser and Supreme. I know I need to make Earth and Air Enochian Tablets, Pillars, Weapons and E/W Banners for the Temple.
Also Analysis of the Keyword, INRI always tripped me up.
Finally getting tired as the birds chirp.
Got to keep in mind the theory behind it as well as exterior and interior detail. And daily diligence.
Speaking of, should contract my diary entry shortly and get going with my routine.

You can consider all my ramblings from this morning as part of Mental Notes or brain dump.
It occurred to me that building blocks are necessary, so I can get materials in small amounts and start building my temple, not to LARP, but to have the visual stimuli to engage psychodrama to alter the state of consciousness and a place for refuge and meditation. Not like I have a social life, haha, I spend mt time at work on a bus and in my room. Very rarely do I visit others besides a special few friends. Family I see as often as possible.

Meditation -
Dressed candle for at least 15 seconds while repeating "Peace in my Temple, Peace in my Courtyard", with RELAX Oil.
Lit candle and took a breath or two to center, then four times:
"Peace be unto Russia,
Peace be unto Israel,
Peace be unto Ukraine,
Peace be unto Jerusalem."
"As I extinguish the flame of this candle, the flame will die out but the light and meaning behind it will live forever. So be it."

Could use more colored birthday candles, as I have minimum bare bones incense oils and candles (white unscented tea lights for dressing and use). So, as it is sunny and warm, time to shower and shop. For birthday candles and kitty treats. Might as well get coffee and Chef Boyardee as well. Do dishes and laundry. Try to organize and clean room, at least the open spaces. Try to get all outstanding paperwork done and mail back to respective parties lettings chips fall as they may. Apply to State Emergency Relief and Section 8 Housing, as well as Chapter 13, after getting taxes done.

Did bare minimum and messed up intent (invoking). Will accept it for the morning, but in afternoon and evening Im doing full ritual cohesively and fluidly, to see if it makes a difference rather than a pause between several rituals. Just one gigantic step by step ritual. Done in at least at rising and retiring.
Controlled Breathing until the energy was felt circulating.
Relaxation Ritual until Waist on slow four count, then entire body in one four count.

Goals are nice but, much like being a real mage vs an armchair mage, requires dedicated practice in action.
So, practice I must. Thou hast no right but to do thy will or something like that.
Perhaps a twice daily Invocation of Thoth, Horus and Bornless Ritual as well.
So, writing out step by step what I am doing. Then put into action.

Okay, four meditations:

"Lesh ta pak een lafa tu son" in active meditation
Starting now.
A lot of external noise, so first meditation was difficult. A lot of thoughts or images, but none really crucial to SALT, except if it is a alchemical term and the other thoughts would've been supporting it, or what. I do want to visit a Michigan salt mine and rock quarry and mine tailing area however, and this spring check out the University of Michigan Botanical Gardens and the Astronomical Observatory.
Alarm just went off fo the fifteen minutes which was a minute or two short of a fifteen minute goal.
Snoozed alarm. Will try to be more focused in the Peace meditation, and keep that and the other two at ten minutes apiece; next week fifteen minutes each; week after that twenty minutes each, etc.
Looking up SALT in Zelator material to see if it is just an alchemical term or an acronym for something else. And how it relates to a 3-d cube, as I've seen large salt cubes up close and personal.

Exercise: None yet. Will do basic punches, kicks and rolls from To Shin Do handout and a visible target for punches/kicks. Will roll front, backward, and sideways from standing to standing if possible with room. Rolls will strengthen abdominal muscles and breath control, raising Qi. Punches will workout and strengthen arms through resistance training in punches (pulling punches). Kicks will workout and strangthen legs, feet, and hips. Generl posture will help back and spine.

Tarot Contemplation Ritual: V The Hierophant, The Magus of the Voice; Taurus, Sound/Hearing.
What does a bull and a church have in common? Besides sacrifices, bells. Thus Bells, sound and hearing are attributed to this card, a Papal figure holding a tuning fork of kind, gives a hand gesture pointing upward and receiving through the hearing of the tuning fork, crossed bell keys at his feet. (gold and silver). Thus alchemy at play as well. An inner robe of mercy, an outer robe of passion and strength, with white garments. The Papal crown of Gold is almost like a television antenna at the five to seven layered top of the crown (reference to Kether). The tops of the pillars he sits enthroned between have a sign of a bull.
