Tried to push energy through simultaneous focus on abs, shoulders, and air between fingers.
Calm and confident feeling.

Thought on the gangbangers situation. They haven't had it easy either. Therefore, God's wisdom and understanding must be drilled into each and every one of their heads.

Okay.
Going to search goal within my journal, and list on a piece of paper and be proactive in taking steps to achieve them (sub-goals).
I want movement in a positive direction. But too traumatized to do much about anything, with constant pressure between good and evil. At least what I sense as spiritual harassment.
To be honest, I always am btw which is why I hate that starting words, I'm drifting again.
I cannot pick a side. I guess I am a grey magician. I'm sick of the crap in my life.
Perhaps do the grade work as quickly as possible. If no change occurs, then a new book and path is chosen.
To be frank. I'm sick of smug frat boys, aggressive people in general let alone gangstas, being broke, being despised, and snobby business owners. I can't be more frank.

I am glad I was simply reading aloud and stopped halfway through the ritual for Spiritual Development, or meeting your HGA.
Reason why is that might later, rosey palm and her five sisters paid me a visit due to teases I encountered at work, bikinis have been regular occurrences.
So there must be a choice.

Daughter of the Firmament, Dweller Between the Waters. Hope, meditation and societal involvement while taking time out for self.

Lord of the Gates of Matter, Child of the Forces of Time crowns me, being chained to debt and poverty.
Lord of Abandoned Success is beneath me. Success can be found.
Behind me is Lord of Material Success (which got me into debt)
Before me is Princess of the Shining Flame, earth of fire.
Lord of the Hosts of the Mighty is the Querent. Calamity, destruction. Toppling off the power of the old to reconstruct.
Root of the Powers of Air is my environment. Invoked force for good or evil.
Hopes and Fears: Princess of the Chariot of Earth. Air of earth.
Final Outcome - Lord of Shortened Force. Blindfolded and bound. But can cut the ties that bind by the swords.

Unhappy day off after an angry call with the SSA office.
Currently listed 35 goals which have multiple goals, so probably over 50 goals. Will categorize them such as book pages to read, books to work through, personal, dwelling, magickal, education, career, etc. May help as well as breaking down each goal in category and steps, does it be done daily, etc.
Will do adorations and neophyte Formula after calming down.
In process of quitting smoking.
Prayed. Considering future workings with both demons and angels.

Reading - Read Chapter One of Kabbalah, Magic, and the Great Work of Self-Transformation. In reading 13 pages today; Slowly and thoughtfully, it made me think about my past, present and future, and willing to pay the high price should I succeed or fail in attempting to solve et coagula.

By reading one chapter a day, by next week I should be done with reading, which then leads me to the work, the Great Work involving research, writing, arts and crafts, and daring and willing.

What if all the holy books are false? We then have sold out our own authentic religion of our original ancestors, sold out by a fearful few? Certainly something to consider.

Got home from the bus and ran into my friend Tom who I shared laughs and a cigarette with. And kind words he bestowed on me.
I've not forgotten my debts to others, or with spirits, celestial and infernal.
I do hope to wipe clean my debts, at least in the name and the power of the Holy One of Israel, Jesus, the Christ.
Got home and took care of and snuggled with kitty.
Despite laughter from wandering ears overhearing me. Did Lord of the Universe adoration with neophyte signs. Then did solar adorations from Midnight to Midnight, full circle rotations of the sun per Liber Resh Vel Helios. With grade signs. Then did Lord of the Universe adoration with Neophyte signs.
Did then the Neophyte Formula.
Then found the power of love and soul in Christ. Through several prayers.
Then journaled.

Oh .. the adorations and the QC were done with the wand, held on my right forearm and between my open palm fingers; the pentagram ritual (LBRP) done with dagger in left hand along with closing QC.

Read along with Liber Israel and the Bornless Ritual. A feeling of confidence and calm.

About to go to bed.
Have been reading the differences between the three different pentagram ritual presented in The Golden Dawn (KL1, The Ritual of the Pentagram, and the Supreme Ritual of the Pentagram.

Waking up, got up to rising of the sun and did Morning Liber Resh Vel Helios adoration with Theoricus grade sign and sign of silence.
Been drinking herbal tea for past three days and using ZYN instead of cigarettes for past couple days.

Wrote out all goals in my journal, and categories in separate pages in offline journal. The reason for online and offline journals is for sharing and accountability and order and reminders.

Saturday, 8/27/2022 (8+9+6=23=5, Mediation).

Sleep - Little, woke up to take meds then vomited.
Dreams - tossed and turned and kicked, but none recalled.

Moon Phase - not recorded.
Transits - not recorded. Sol currently in Virgo, Saturn currently in Aquarius.
Weather - Hot, sunny, nighttime pleasant.

Mental notes: May have lower drug and brain biochemistry levels due to vomiting out meds this morning.

Physical Notes: Woke up early, took forgotten previous nighttime and this mornings medications, threw up later until dry heaving. Overslept, got to work three hours late. Was able to keep down coffee, oatmeal, and pepperoni pizza slices at work. Busted out a lot of stock today due to McLane shipments and backstock. Manager was cool, called an Uber for me to get home.

Other Notes: no am meditations, rituals or adorations due to illness this morning and afternoon as well as sleep and work. When home fed kitty and snuggled, then did adorations and rituals. Will do reading and meditations til sleep then continue when up this morning.
