Even with eyes open, tried to implement and maintain, visualization throughout. Tried varied pitch in middle pillar as well.

Feet curled downward, toes digging into floor, heels firmly planted.
Breathing fourfold to six count fourfold timing
Body, spine, neck straight, head up
