Got up this morning and had coffee, shortly thereafter my Brother awoke and came downstairs and we watched an episode of Twilight Zone together and talked about science and programming after the episode, which was on identical versions of ourselves in parallel universe timelines.

Then shortly thereafter my Sister awoke and came down, and my Brother and I shortly departed to go get breakfast burritos which were huge and yummy.
While we were getting the burritos he asked what I wanted to do today and i said "a chill day, since I forgot to take medication and am feeling twitchy."

So today I am determined to understand Malkuth and Yesod and pathwork Tav.

Will reread John 1-7, and read chapters 14-16. Tomorrow will reread John 8-13, and the selected chapters of the day, 17-19. Will them be caught up and grounded in near finish of reading the Gospel according to St John.

Listening to some Earl Nightingale, reviewing my post occult life turned upside down, and my lack of studies and work...the foundry is not that easy when you're physically and neurologically disabled.
So, pity parties and "excuses" aside, perhaps take the LHP approach to the RHP.
Same with professional and other work pursued.

I am RHP.
However, as a self initiate with his life in a tornado-hurricane, im looking to be devoted to God, but apply solid LHP principles to ALL things.
Not to worship or work with demons, to keep pursuing the Great Work, but through the principles of the LHP..self accountability, self responsibility, etc.
Putting in late nights and early mornings.
Get in shape and keep in shape.
Advancing in all things.
Putting order into my life.

Unless I misunderstand the RHP and LHP in general.

Not sure it's just the medications, or if anxiety 8s a fifty-fifty cause, but heights climbing did not help. Bam! Bad case of leg and hand tremors. So told my sister I'm more of a homebody, and elected to go home. Sort of sad, but it 8s true, I am a homebody. I read a lot. From childhood where I had reading and writing problems, to being a technical reader and writer. So, reading and the Formulas for the Great Work. That's my new vacation. Being on the water likewise spikes anxiety.

Got up at 4am after a dream where I had originally 9n the University of Michigan Law Quad cobble stone brick walkways found a brick which opened an underground tunnel that was very deep, except with family it would not open or had been reinforced and was perplexed as to why. Was even talking in my sleep.
Used the bathroom, got a donut and mountain dew, popped a Zyn nicotine pouch in my lip and went back to sleep after cuddling for a few hours with my sister's cat. Went back to sleep just as my sister and brother were getting up.
Got up at ten and grabbed my pens and notebooks, tarot cards, Christopher's book and Fortune's book, as well as the ECK Klemp Soul Travel book.
Going to write on the tree of life in a Cliff Notes format.
Will do tarot draws, Adorations, and LBRP and MPR shortly.

Back to Neophyte, in a way anyway (did Zelator LIRP without doing LBRP instead) by doing the Neophyte Formula. Considering my unstable life stage, will do silent nightly Zelator Formula, but daytime regular Neophyte Formula. This allows me the possibility of doing the process over again while stabilizing myself and maybe money to actually make the tools. Including building a mock temple for the GD studies if and when I get an apartment of my own funded by SSDI and or Section 8 for housing and income.

For my readers, I know I haven't done rituals of my own for a while, due to housing transitions. When I have my own space, I will start doing them in regards to candle and aromatic incense ritual work.

However, was discussing with SkullTraill and Yazata, and may do invocation work in daytime hours for group rituals. The only rules being no money charge, and that all who want to reap the rewards must participate according to their ability.

Need to keep in mind ideas and promises I've made to myself in my journals, but not delivered on. .
Case in point - Arduino, C/Python low level programming, and Ham Technician certification (as well as future TIA exams for at least Network+, Security+).
But these take money for exams but study can only increase my knowledge.
Back to oil and incense making.
Getting in shape I conversed with my Sister about last night, we might be walking partners, one for safety, two for walk and talk. That and changing diet may not become rapid weight loss, but it can't hurt.
So, need to review the journal and make a list of things I promised but didn't deliver on.

Had teriyaki chicken with white rice for dinner. Staying home from a neighborhood party due to bone pain (cancer?) as well as my usual tremors. Don't like to call attention to me in public these days. As soon as the family goes to the party will do the Neophyte Formula.

Today was a legal day of sorts yet did not get to make all calls desired, one call preventing me from doing so had me on hold for nearly two hours. Had lunch while family was out and was making calls.

Will try envisioning myself doing the Neophyte Formula. Zelator Formula is a bit advanced and don't have it completely memorized yet.

Tonight helped do dishes and helped my sister with dinner. Lasagna soup. Was quite tasty.

After watching Four Christmases with them, had a cup of coffee made and retired to my room.

Took key XI and gazed at it while repeating in my mind YHVH Eloah ve Daath, Elohim Gibor.
The purple veil and sternness and silence is Saturn exalted in Libra. The green tunic and tephilim is Venus, ruler of Libra. The sword and red robe is very martial (Giburah) and hence the path from the scales of Libra and bright background of yellow (Tiphareth). The ox goad or whip of Lamed means instruction or possibly representative of Proverbs which with psalms mentions the Laws quite a bit. Another aspect of severity with Mars and Saturn (Geburah and Binah). The sword and scales are that instruction.

While doing Qabalistic Cross Ritual, envisioned blue light with vertical white streaks coming from heart and joining with above and below. Near completion 9f emulating the cross, my left hand temporarily cramped and locked my lower arm. I pushed.jeart light to dismiss it.
Visualizing the grass green 0entagrak and black Taurus glyph was a tad difficult, but ended up doable. Envisioned the Archangels after vibrating ADONAI HA ARETZ... ADONAI MELEKH, and stating "Into Thee be the kingdom, and the glory and the power now and forever". Called the archangels and closed with QC. Felt com and empowered yet on the Assiah plane.

A dream:
I visited a house that was on a raft off a bridge that was likewise a raft that water would occasionally overflow over from the river however, due to deterioration from insects and rodents the house was about to fall into the river. I grabbed a suitcase of some stuff that were keepsakes, and took a truck that was apparently one police were after. The truck had no brakes but could be put into Park. Apparently the police were after to Colombian guys and I went into a McDonald's and change clothes there. The clothes were inside the McDonald's like it was somebody's house.

I think the river dream is showing me the poor foundation I had until a wave crashed and blew away my shoddy foundation, to paraphrase a Jesus parable.

The keepsakes in the suitcase and truckload indicates all the moving and storage I had to do while technically homeless.
The police search minus two Columbian guys searched for by police indicates court matters due to unpaid rent.

From Conquering Fears and Phobias thread ...

Okay ... Heights. Tricky subject but earliest recollection was.either halfway up the Statue of Liberty, or being forced to climb up onto the garage with my sister by our slut of a babysitter at the time.

Water .. was given permission to steer a pontoon boat a bunch of us were on, and stepped up the speed, nearly knocking a couple people off the boat.
Summer camp got entangled in seaweed or lake grass, and nearly drowned only to come face to face with a cottonmouth snake.
Swimming class ... Couldn't swim and was humiliated by a female teacher.
Early teen .. was on a raft with friends and my Dad and their dad. My Dad and their dad were hanging onto the pole, and anchor was down. A black water snake started to get on the raft near my feet, and their dad whisked me up and killed it with the oar.
Mid teens ... Was on a cruise ship from Maine to Nova Scotia, and was bored one rainy evening .. misting rain, and decided to ignore the warning of going out on the deck alone. Wind picked up and had I not grasped the rail at the last minute, would have been pushed out by the wind into ice cold water.
Snakes ...several unwanted meetings with them.

This was my reply at one point.

So there were those experiences and more. Past life regression and exposure therapy were winners of the thread replies, along with psychotherapy or some form of therapy as well.

Since I keep my journal daily as well as backtrack for dream diary upkeep, will also show this to my therapist as well, or at least read it to the therapist.

Been thinking about the experiment I did back at the start of the year, where I was Invoking the planet of the day. It was a Monday and invoked Luna. Since then my dealing with heights has been screwy. So will really need flatlands and therapy for Theoricus. I believe but not fully that I banished Luna.
So I may try invoking and then banishing Saturn and Invoking the Four Powers of Earth, then banishing the Four Powers of Earth. In short, the Zelator Formula. By invoking Saturn, I am assuming it automatically banishes the other six planets.

Made some calls, unfortunately missed a call for medical insurance, called back and they were having system troubles. Tried next Housing and Urban Development calls to a couple cities, one was closed and one was having a two week offline issue and you have to apply online. The words of Phillipians 2 and John 1 came to mind. Crowned Wisdom becomes Understanding through the door. A beast of burden carried our sins to the cross. In John, Yeheshuah said "I Am the door", "I Am the sheep gate", " no one comes to the Father except through me". Various other passages including Mark 1:1 and various passages from Luke 2 came to mind.

Tuesday 11-28-2023 (=46=10=1, beginning). Day of Mars. Madim, Seraphim "Fiery Serpents", Khamael "Burner of God", Elohim Gibor. Red candles, dragons Blood incense.

Dreamt I sprayed seeds and nutrients out of a liquid spray dispenser to grow marijuana in an old townhome community I used to live in, as well as a good couple of acres of hilly scrubbrush.
Then trying to harvest at night, came across several houses with unlocked and open doors, but couldn't walk so i hopped lile a frog, even stealing a hundred dollar bill lying on a porch. I even hopped through a bloods house, police arrested other people over the hundred dollar bill. I went to harvest the pot flowers but realized i had the dispenser set to hemp rather than pot. I then was at a Christmas dinner with 9ld friends and family and was seen as a deserter and thief.

Slept well, got up, had cereal, no dreams recalled. Went back to bed, woke up after the dream, had cereal and coffee.

Watched the end of The Bold and the Beautiful. Now channel hopping so to speak.

Have not yet done tarot draws or Zelator Formula.

Wednesday, 11-29-2023 (47≠11=2, repetition, addition). Day of Mercury. Kokab, Elohim Tzabaoth, Gabriel, Beni Elohim. Orange candles and Lavender incense.

Tossed and turned in sleep, woke up at 3. Was aware I'd dreamed, but no dream details recalled. Went back to sleep, woke up at 7:30, got cereal and coffee and retired to my room. Slept various spurts of.minutes as I was waiting for a text or call. Received two calls but not whom I was waiting for. But kept dreaming i'd received calls or texts in the dreams but not in reality.

Got housing request in for eleven apartments. Studios and one bedrooms, but fair area.

Need to get walking in today/tonight. At least two houses length, or walk until I feel my legs get wobbly and turn back.

Starting tomorrow, anaerobic exercise after Neophyte-Zelator Formula completed.

Things are moving along, was fairly proactive today.

Need to catch up on three missed days in my Dream Diary Journal, and backlog October and september if I have time.

Need to transcribe and practice .. even silently .. all Zelator rituals..Even if seated..in my Ritual Diary Journal.

Tomorrow, tackle areas west of where I'm at for housing choices of the wait-list is open.

I think I will apply this to every ritual I do.
I have changed location, and it appears to be more workable. In terms of results and mixing up the process.
Example...
No housing luck where I've relocated to (Southern California).
Usually I do a LBRP, Middle Pillar and LIRP in that order. Usually my legs and hand shake during the MPR, and the process is also throwing in solar Adorations.
Lately I've switched from Crowleys Adorations to ones by WE Butler.
Today I walked westward into my room, did the MPR, in the east the LBRP and then a LIRP.
Housing list open was found today, I jumped on it and applied for eleven rental apartments with housing vouchers.
Tomorrow I will attempt the same process and note when the tremors kick up (today was around the root chakra of the MPR and extreme hand tremors doing the LIRP. I will use the same process, and try for one I know was closed the other day and one I know was open the other day.
Will try all details using the Scientific method and my pattern of rituals used today.

Well, it appeats for the past week, especially two days straight of bone pain.
I know others, even ill people with ill will toward me, read my journal and would take delight and credit for it...not my circus, not my monkeys, that's a you problem. Personally, few I would wish this sort of myriad of complex problems out of my league.
Degenerative disk disorder tripping the sciatic nerve I know all too well.
Bone cancer is another distinct possibility.
Tremors are common, to me now, but there is a possibility it could get worse over time.

So, drama of my problems aside, it's been a good day.

OCSS was relatively painless excuse the pun.
Breakfast and lunch were McDonald's breakfast.
Experienced In and Out Burger, after handling business after watching a few more episodes of Devs.

So now it's my time to read, and to try to learn Python programming. Or default it to C, really really learn C low level programming well.

No Magick work over the weekend. At least no vibration or sound. Privacy I have to the degree of a closed door. But not much more. And I'm not sure if it would make others feel uncomfortable. And there will be more relatives in the house come the holidays.

So tarot pathworking and lucid dream work are other possibilities. Not to hasten OOBE, but a distinct possibility as well.

Reading chapters one through five (chaps one through four are Neophyte , five is Zelator) again, and dedicating myself to practice the Zelator Formula daily...for the next six months, which hopefully by then I will be in my own place, have money to work with from SSDI, and be into the process of a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, and a cleaner conscience and peace of mind through daily meditation, then stepping into the threshold of Theoricus (chapter six), having been in psychotherapy all that time and continuing to do so. Then one solid year of Theoricus, stepping into the threshold of Practicus, being in Portal before retirement age.

A slice of pizza with pepperoni and pineapple and a fresh string cheese mozzarella sticks. Woulda made coffee but the other two are asleep and it makes tremendous noise. Had a dream but not alarming and don't recall details.

Deciding to do the rituals daily, invoking often using vibration in my head or whispering so as to not disturb others in the household.
And if I never make it to Adept or greater, then do be it, I will have tried.
I've had minor successes, and as mentioned, deciding 8t to be so and being proactive at the same time to juggle complex mundane problems is working.
Or so it seems anyway. Many reported successes by me might've been flukes or destined to occur anyway. So I stay with the elemental work, cut through the phobias and just do it.

Just awoke. 9:00 am PDT,
Current time 9:07 PDT.
Dreamed that I was in the public library, looking for computer books, but my legs were wobbly, and every time I use the elevator, I would get dizzy because it was like a service elevator not like a normal elevator. I ended up pretty much crawling or walking like a toddler, to get around the library. People would laugh and point, but I would still do it. There was also a pharmacy attached to the library, where I have them redo my medications because I accidentally put hydrocodone in my meds.
Woke up fairly dizzy and on the verge of having a seizure. Relaxing now to TV, a mug of cereal, and a cup of coffee.
