When it comes to the subject of alchemy, I know a few terms such as the Red Lion which reminds me of the Reddening stage, the White Queen which reminds me of the Whitening stage, the alchemical wedding of the sun and moon, the Black Dragon and sunken kings of the Putrefaction and Blackening stage.
But without a chemistry setup, what is one to do but look at it spiritually.
Some old traits have resurfaced that need to be put up in check, for example, now I need to plan a diet and exercise routine on a timer, say Thanksgiving.

However, it seems to me since Malkuth is Le Olam Yesodoth - The Cosmic Elements - that one should immerse fully into all elements while viewing them as Enochian sub elements. Therefore, elemental witchcraft, science exercises involving the elements, not to mention grade subjects such as alchemy and geomancy collide with an element or three perhaps.

I was introduced to a conjure shops and paid tribute at their Santa Muerte altar.
Later I and my friend were at a second hand shop, where I found a statue and back back and a couple pillows. I also found a Santa Muerte necklace.
I started wearing it, and a lady asked.me at my workplace what it was, and she was elderly and it was winter, so I walked with her to her car, carrying her coffee. She gave me a different rosary.
The crucifix has become detached, but I use the beads for rosary prayers and visualizations/meditations.
I am going to start praying psalms 119 on it, seven out of ten beads for the stanza verses and three separate invocations. Then the week beads will call on Yeheshua.

Thinking about my situation, the issue is really income and affordable housing that's not a gang dmz. It takes.money to make money, and cash is king, so it takes a king to make money I guess.
Income can come through a variety of channels, except for food stamps, I have none at the moment. I think for a person with five federally recognized disabilities, that I might be able to world that. What else can a person do that cannot work for at least three good reasons? I'm a risk to all companies I've worked for. So now what?
My ideal dream is to make my own incense and oils as a side income, do ceremony al and ritual magic, hustle tarot readings of a non demonic style of connection and sharpen intuition and discernment.
My life has been trashed by circumstances and powers out of my control, and in the end for what exactly?

Interesting to know the difference between Borderline Personality Disorder and Bipolar Personality Disorder is that like Bipolar, BPD can be Bipolar meaning not only do you experience depression but mania as well. Now, BPD in that case is called Bipolar BPD, otherwise it's Depressive BPD which means serious depression beyond Major Depressive Disorder, which I possess as well.

My hunch with Christopher is either there is a full circle and then back to East, or my real hunch is the directions north and east are mixed up. Earth Grade Exercises, Per Kraig's Modern Magick Lesson 2, 3.
Each of the four magickal elements are representative of alternate aspects of the qualities of temperature and moisture or humidity. Since in this lesson we are working with the element of Earth, let us examine it's qualities. Obviously, Earth is not wet. Nor is it warm.
Therefore, we can say that the element Earth has the qualities of being dry and cool.
The next step is to learn how to become aware of and in control of this element in our day to day life.
Exercise 1. Make a list of all things that have the combined qualities of dryness and coolness. However, don't just do this out of your head. Rather, make a list of things of Earth you see each day. Practice this for one week. Be sure to record the results each day in your Magickal diary.
Exercise 2. Find a place filled with nature, such as a field or park. Wear as little clothing as possible and as you legally can, if nude is allowed it's best. Sit or lie on the ground so that as much of your skin as possible is touching the ground. This is easy to do wearing a skirt or kilt with no underwear and concealing yourself while sitting on earth.
Spend some time contemplating and feeling the coolness and dryness of Earth. Do this at least three times within one week.
Exercise 3. Spend a period of up to three.minutes (no more), once a day, imagining that you are the element Earth. Feel the heaviness, the slowness, the coolness, and the dryness of pure elemental Earth. Feel the way you could absorb the pains and problems of the world (however, do Not actually do so). Become Earth. Do this exercise daily for at least a week before moving on to the next exercise.
Exercise 4. Once you have learned to "be Earth", the next step is to control Elemental earth. Take a moment and imagine yourself to be Earth. Bring the feeling from the previous exercise into your consciousness. Next, hold your hands nine to 12 inches apart, palms facing each other. Imagine a bottle or box between your hands. Now, as you exhale, visualize all of the Earth element that is in you going out with your breath and into the container between your hands three to five breaths should be enough to fill it. Then, with three breaths, inhale it back into you and go back to normal consciousness.

Felt knees and legs shake during the MPR, because I really hit Tiphareth open, heart sphere was established. I had to double-time through Yesod and hit Malkuth strong. Turned North for neophyte signs, and after first strongly visualized QCR, did LBRP visualizing letters in Hebrew at center of the pentagrams.
Was fine after that. Not sure why legs get so shaky from Daath to Tiphareth, so I'm barely standing on Malkuth.

Imagine yourself as a two-dimensional being in a two-dimensional world. Imagine extending the two-dimensional square of Flatland into a three-dimensional Cube of Space. The cube is the shape of the temple that you are to envision yourself standing in when you do elemental grade work.
It is a Flatland expanded into the next dimension. You already know what a sphere looks like to Flatlander as it passes through the two-dimensional world.
What would a four-dimensional sphere -- a hypersphere -- look like passing through a three-dimensional space?
Our brains apparently are not equipped to visualize four dimensional objects, but You can at least picture what it looks like as it passes through the cube: a sphere that expands and contracts from a central point.
Viewig your ritual space in these ways is not the be-all and end-all of higher consciousness, but it is one of the approaches to magic that can help you tune yourself to the descending influence of higher worlds.

Earth Grounding Exercises:
1. Proprioception: For the entire solitaire grade, attempt to stay focused on the sensations in your body in the here and now. Feel the texture of your clothing as you said and walk. Feel the physical sensations of emotion. Become absorbed in all of your bodily sensations, both pleasant and unpleasant. Pay particular attention to the feeling you get when returning to this exercise from your habitual distractions or daydreaming. You may wish to wear a watch that has an hourly chime to keep you reminded of this continuous exercise.
2. Active Zen: once you have read the book Everyday Zen, do at least one month of daily work in which you incorporate the principle of Zen into some mundane household task. Your active Zen sessions should happen every day of that month, lasting from 30 to 60 minutes. Some good examples of activities follow:
Washing your car
Cleaning the bathroom floor with a toothbrush
Sweeping leaves
Weeding
3. For one month, sit quietly for at least fifteen minutes each day and attempt to remain unwaveringly focused on the sensations on your skin. Observe the different components of each sensation. Eventually, focus on one particular sensation and label it's various aspects. Try to dissect it mentally.
4. For one month, spend ten minutes each day standing with your feet slightly./ pigeon-toed and shoulder-width apart and with your knees slightly bent. Push into the Earth as though trying to push two sections of the ground apart. Feel as though someone is challenging you and you are holding your ground. During this exercise, occasionally grip the floor slightly with your toes, as though your feet were suction cups. Occasionally, bend your knees while breathing in, and then resume the slightly-bent-knee posture while breaking out. Note any feelings that come up as you do this. Explore those feelings, even if they are emotionally troublesome. Also, note any desire to stop this exercise prematurely - - stay alert and try to discern if the ego becomes restless as a defends itself from the release of emotion.
5. For a month, once per day, jump up and down for a couple of minutes on an earthy surface, letting everything become loose and buoyant. With each impact on the earth, bend your knees and feel how the ground absorbs you.
6. For a month, become aware of gravity whenever you are walking or standing idly. Feel an invisible vector passing downward through your center of gravity and into the earth. Is the earth pushing up against you, or are you pushing down against the earth?
7. At least three times, lie on a blanket a night, under the stars. Look at the sky and imagine that you are actually above them, as though you are riveted to "the ceiling". Feel the mysterious force that holds you to the ceiling and marvel at the vastness of space "beneath" you.

Since I usually use only the Major Arcana in readings, with four knocks, four piles, and a four letter name vibrated restacking and then dealing.
I check the Gematria values of the cards drawn and totalled.
I draw a tree of life with complete Kircher paths and highlight the paths drawn, the copy that as a sigil to the side of the tree.
Then I interpret the reading.

In construction of the earth pentacle (still need to make my robe and get a lantern -- and pillar candles of six colors to set inside it -- once the outside is painted red), I have a specific way I want to do it.
Two to four aluminum bars or razor blades
Beaded citrine
Beaded emerald
Beaded tourmaline
Beaded hematite
Solder and pewter shavings
Copper plate
Hockey puck or hollowed wood disk with lid
Molding clay for a kiln fire if going with puck
Create a hollowed vessel for the razors or bars to form an inside X shape. According to the colors of the pentacle, place those colored beads in order inside the X. Sprinkle pewter shavings over the heads and solder it together.
Place copper plate over it.
Place lid on top the pentacle and seal it.
If clay, fire in a kiln and let cool.
If wood, seal and set aside.
Get paint out with brushes and water cups.
Get instructions on how to paint the pentacle and do so. Ditto with Hebrew and sigils.
Consecrate and use in ritual. Use it as a focal shield agai st psychic attack and curses.
